HQ Holden Chassis alignment tech tip

Thought I’d share some info I’d come across in that there are some factory holes to align the Holden Hq- Wb chassis to the body. There’s a hole in four locations that aligns the chassis to the body, a 1/2” socket extension works well to hold the chassis in place while you tighten the bolts. Should help with panel alignment and wheel alignment when your done.

@@The-Average-Guy. good on ya mate. I’m the same, currently restoring my old man’s lh torana he’s had since new. Doing all the rust repairs, neither of us are in the car industry just having a go. Plan was to paint ourselves aswell but me working 6 days a week all the time we have now decided to get someone to paint it hence why I asked you. In Adelaide aswell.
