What tool do you use to remove the dampener...... Any one know ??

I'd love this guy in my pit crew but Im not anymore confident on how to do it on my own after that 7 minutes.
Does anyone know how to just remove the lefty? I'll send mine to this guy tomorrow if i can just figure out how to remove it without a hammer.
