Summary
----------------
This mod aims to overhaul the police and also make some other changes to AI, criminals,.... Brand new spawn pool without questionable things like endless spams of Enforcers and MRAPs. Brand new units such as plainclothes cops in unmarked cars, tactical FBI teams, the California Highway Patrol and a lot of tweaks to existing npc's.
I made this mod because I really like the second Watch_Dogs game but there were a few things regarding the police and the gangs I thought Ubisoft dropped the ball on, so I learned how to edit the game files and got to work. This is the result.

@@1459Redhood Because there’s no audio files if it’s used they also sometimes say “Hacker” Or “DedSec” If They Spotted The Player.

@@deaconlophexanimation1453 I use Prime8 as my allies actually. Since we had a deal in DLC, they're my allies with their unique DedSec weapons. It's completely my lore for sure.
I wish there was something like LSPD:FR for this game. SFPD:FR. That would be great.
@@GenSecPL It's everyone's dream who plays Watch Dogs 2. Switching to cop ped and make the Police ally is best option to play as we can do.

@@makingarecord2179 PC is always best for modding imo, that's why I try to buy games to PC if it's possible.
This came with modpack I download like a month or so ago. Guess I have the outdated version? There a big difference?
@@sRecollet FBI is updated now they come with their custom MRAP. CHP has ground units from now. SWAT come in as 4 team units. That's what I remember from the old version, it was a long time ago. Nearly all things changed except models. They're all explained as full detailed description at the end. For more details you can check the mod page.
If SWAT coming as 2 men team, you're using the old version. That's the easiest way to notice the version difference.
@@1459Redhood OK thanks, I don't know how to install individually with this game on top of other mods as can only do modpacks as luckily the one I liked had this so won't be able to use this unless I install by itself but then will lose other mods. Hopefully in the future though.
@@sRecollet You can merge if you know how to. Idk is Ultimate Overhaul updated which includes this mod, but you should give it a try.
