It’s really complicated. The National Office of Security Enforcement (NOoSE) is based on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The tactical NOoSE agents we fight in GTA V, IV and EFLC are part of the Tactical Response Unit (TRU). Each police department and sheriff’s office in the GTA universe can have their own NOoSE TRU instead of having a SWAT team, but I believe each department can still have their own SWAT team instead of the designated NOoSE unit, but we just haven’t seen that yet. Yes, the military is basically the San Andreas National Guard (SANG) which is based on the California National Guard which is part of the United States National Guard. The National Guard is under the control of the state governor who can call on it in cases such as Disasters or to act as a law enforcement force to contain riots and civil disobedience, rebellions or invasion by foreign powers on American soil. The National Guard has two branches, the Army National Guard and the Air National Guard (these two are the Air Force Reserves) and the US Army Reserve but under state control since they are part of the army and air force the equipment will be the same as that of federal troops in the 3D era of gta the US national guard appears when you reach the 6 star wanted level and in RDE the national guard is called after you reach 6 or 7 wanted stars and the governor declares a state of emergency and due to the fact that law enforcement (mainly federal ones like FIB and mainly NOOSE failed to stop you) on land they use apcs, tanks and vehicles like humvees and barracks transport trucks (in the skies they use laser jets and attack helicopters ) if you are in a tank, mainly other tanks, apcs, attack helicopters and B11 fighters based on the A-10 plane will attack you to destroy you
well it's a bit more complex, NOOSE is DHS(Department of Homeland Security) , they were purposed as such in GTA V but in IV they are meant to be DHS, i.e a federal level counter terrorist agency. (in GTA V there are the typical NOOSE meant to fill in for LAPD SWAT but also FIB NOOSE agents in specific story missions that mirror FBI SWAT despite being normal NOOSE with FIB instead of police)NYPD(therefore LCPD) don't have a "SWAT" team. many states/cities have such teams designated as such but others have tactical units with different names
@ChickenKitten apart from the fact that noose, both in the game, especially GTA 4, and on the wiki confirms that noose is a federal agency (they even had a former director like the DHS in real life has and I don't think a leader of a swat team will having the title of director (directors are usually for government organizations not for tactical teams) and the fact that in a GTA 4 mission a guy whose name I don't know talks about the agency as if it were a government body not as a tactical team (he mentioned the full name of the agency) and also he mentioned that he is being investigated by an unknown noose unit which I can assume is a division of the PIA which is probably a parody of the Homeland Security Investigations (or its predecessor the Office of Investigations) of the ICE since PIA is ICE and CBP combined
@@federalinvestigationbureau5814 Ok and? Its fictional. NOOSE does everything in GTA that SWAT does irl, the last SWAT we had in GTA was in San Andreas. Get over it.
@@federalinvestigationbureau5814 yeah I know... I simply Said it took the place of a "SWAT" team in both games. In GTA V NOOSE tactical teams are referred as SWAT over the police scanner suggesting they take that role, GTA IV is a bit different but there was likely a reason for them to choose a DHS/ICE Parody to take on the role of a tactical unit (maybe because Niko is an immigrant? Kinda funny how rockstar will delay gta 6 for pc, even tho pc is their most customizable and enthusiastic version of the game, games, all gta pc versions
If only this worked for online mode, so escaping the cops sometimes didn't feel like a slog. Every time police involved, it makes me ask one of three questions. "Do I want to hide underground, hide underwater or hide mid air?"
this modded police systems reminds me a lot of the watch dogs 2 police system, which is probably the best police system out of any open world game ive played.
You sure you don't mean Watch Dogs 1 2 has some of the hardest rubberbanding police I've ever seen who always know where you are which makes the hide mechanic very useless. You cannot escape the police in a normal way you just have to constantly spam abilities.
@@Octi-ku4yf its possible to outrun them and plus ur complaining about the game encouraging u to use hacks to escape? in a hacking game?? ur logic makes no sense
@@_cyro__ it's not you're just wrong but alright And as for 2 yes, when I could literally do that in the first game, a game with a much more thought out police system 2 is a huge downgrade when it came to the police Cops just spawning in front of you like 10ms away, again the rubberbanding and they're ability to just straight up know where you are even when hiding Funny enough the easiest way to escape the police is to just not be in a car as they get very stupid when you're on foot If skilled driving is just not rewarded whats the point
0:45 IAA is unused. The SWAT are NOOSE teams sometimes, so they are used. The FIB is used, it's rare that it spawns in, because it mostly spawns when you enter a restricted area, so yes, they are rare but they are used nonetheless.
There was a time (around 2021) where the mod (RDE 3.1.1) was hard to use because of crashes. As a result, I made my own mod. Thus, "Dispatch Reworked" was born!
This is how it should have been from the start but considering its 11 yrs old its a great mod they could have implemented this in too but im going to replay the game just for this i hope this also works with missions too
they honestly should just let players choose the level of intensity of police response in story mode. And integrate some or all of whats in this mod depending on what you choose. While I like realism, some players might find it annoying after a while, so giving them the option is better. I really just wish theyd add more vehicle variants, fixed their AI behaviour, and add the police computer from gta4. Those 3 alone would make the experience so much better.
in GTA IV, you could hide in cars just like V, just that it didn't grey out your icon on the map. The stars are grey which means they are searching, and sometimes you can see multiple Enforcers, LCPD, and even helicopters go by you as you sit in a car.
bro i feel being watched, i literally tommorow said that this police is kinda boring, and now this showed up on my home page, i will surely acquire that mod
Make it so if you stay at 5 star wanted alive for more than 20 minutes AFTER all enemy types are dispatched, they start sending large explosives which are indicated by a red circle on the map. They scale larger and larger until they have to send out a whole nuke that covers half the map, where taking cover under buildings will not work.
NOOSE is a federal agency based off of the U.S. DHS. They have their own tactical unit. The departments in RDE have their own unique SWAT units as follows: Los Santos Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics Los Santos County Sheriff's Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) Blaine County Sheriff's Office Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) San Andreas Highway Patrol Special Weapons and Tactics Federal Investigation Bureau Special Weapons and Tactics National Office of Security Enforcement Tactical Response Unit (NOOSE TRU) Hope that clears it up a little.
I really wouldn’t be surprised if rockstar would buy out RDE and made them make GTA VI’s police system, something that a multi-billion dollar company should be able to do easily.
A cool mod idea could also be a wanted system like RDR2. Patrols looking for one of the 3 characters, greyed out stars, different counties search. Combine that with this mod and the whole game would come to life.
Mild Correction, The Highway Patrol is an existing agency in old gen. They spawn along... You guessed it, The highways. Either with Sheriff cars or Motorcycles. Sometimes if you're speeding as you pass them you get a wanted level

I don't know)
This channel is indeed underrated!
Wow your videos are a breath of fresh air make more of these to enhance gta 5 please u earned urself a like and sub! ❤
Hey Underrated. Regarding the PEV-DTAR feature: Did you use the actual mod itself or just RDE's config file? Awesome video by the way, RDE is kind of underrated in my opinion
The Rde config/addon. The standalone mod breaks rde a bit.
@@Underrated2424 Got it. Thanks
@@aciu638 Do you know where RDE's config file is?
@@niklasmarewski8110 Yes. In the optional addons
Merryweather is basically Umeni Security corps from Watch Dogs 2
Also im not gonna lie but watch dogs 2 has better cops than gta 5 so if rockstar worked with ubisoft they could create the best gta game ever
Nice video W
All this does is get me excited for GTA VI
Kinda funny how rockstar will delay gta 6 for pc, even tho pc is their most customizable and enthusiastic version of the game, games, all gta pc versions
5:52 Seems like the LSPD is taking notes from the payday police because now we got bulldozers
The LSPD in RDE do not have juggernaut units. National Guard, NOOSE, and Merryweather are the only factions in the mod with Juggernaut units.
If only this worked for online mode, so escaping the cops sometimes didn't feel like a slog. Every time police involved, it makes me ask one of three questions. "Do I want to hide underground, hide underwater or hide mid air?"
Nice work on the video and good showcase! 👍
So basicaly a watchdogs police mod
Far from it.
this modded police systems reminds me a lot of the watch dogs 2 police system, which is probably the best police system out of any open world game ive played.
You sure you don't mean Watch Dogs 1
2 has some of the hardest rubberbanding police I've ever seen who always know where you are which makes the hide mechanic very useless.
You cannot escape the police in a normal way you just have to constantly spam abilities.
@@Octi-ku4yf this is definitely not true unless u have a shit car
@@_cyro__ It literally doesn't matter when the police will always match your speed
@@Octi-ku4yf its possible to outrun them and plus ur complaining about the game encouraging u to use hacks to escape? in a hacking game?? ur logic makes no sense
@@_cyro__ it's not you're just wrong but alright
And as for 2 yes, when I could literally do that in the first game, a game with a much more thought out police system
2 is a huge downgrade when it came to the police
Cops just spawning in front of you like 10ms away, again the rubberbanding and they're ability to just straight up know where you are even when hiding
Funny enough the easiest way to escape the police is to just not be in a car as they get very stupid when you're on foot
If skilled driving is just not rewarded whats the point
Its all fun and games until rockstar makes this an actual update ... We would be so screwed 💀

IAA is unused.
The SWAT are NOOSE teams sometimes, so they are used.
The FIB is used, it's rare that it spawns in, because it mostly spawns when you enter a restricted area, so yes, they are rare but they are used nonetheless.
Isn't the FIB exclusive to old gen?
This mod looks almost perfect. Just make it so the juggernauts take no more than 3 heavy sniper headshots and we’re cool😊
I love gta 5 ambient music, loading music
How long i have waited to see a mod that completely remakes the gta 5 police system to make police more deadly and just overall better at their job
i love that, i hope GTA VI will have better police ai so the game will be more fun with chases and stuff.
Rockstar hired this man for GTA 6
bro i feel being watched, i literally tommorow said that this police is kinda boring, and now this showed up on my home page, i will surely acquire that mod
8:54 Holy shit the lights in the house turned on
oh yea!
4:11 is my favorite. It fits perfect with gta cop language
N.O.O.S.E is the SWAT of the GTA universe
NOOSE is a federal agency based off of the U.S. DHS. They have their own tactical unit. The departments in RDE have their own unique SWAT units as follows:
Los Santos Police Department Special Weapons and Tactics
Los Santos County Sheriff's Department Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB)
Blaine County Sheriff's Office Special Emergency Response Team (SERT)
San Andreas Highway Patrol Special Weapons and Tactics
Federal Investigation Bureau Special Weapons and Tactics
National Office of Security Enforcement Tactical Response Unit (NOOSE TRU)
Hope that clears it up a little.
Please for the love of god tell me this is compatible with LSPDFR. This looks soooo good.
It is! They are some files to make it compatible with lspdfr
Merryweather is cool their loadout is: smg mk2 heavy sniper mk2 combat MG mk2 pistol with fmj round if you're wearing juggernaut suit
Probably the closest we can get to GTA6 police behavior lol
Fib loadout is: carbine rife mk2 carbine rifle mk1 combat pistol heavy pistol asullat shotgun heavy shotgun smg mk1 smg mk2 heavy rifle
Those Merryweather Security cars remind me of the Umeni-Zulu cars in WD2
it was proportional, they are based on the cars from watch dogs that's why the similarity
“They will take you down”
Me: turns on invincibility 😁
The swat juggernaut looks like the enforcer from watch dogs
based on bulldozers from the payday game and military bulldozers from call of duty
It would be nice if they allowed the community to add mods like this to console even if it was just story mode
Imagine what the gta6 mods will look like if they add support when it fully releases
The "swat" that chases you in freemode is noose
There should be a mod in this to hold people hostage
I really wouldn’t be surprised if rockstar would buy out RDE and made them make GTA VI’s police system, something that a multi-billion dollar company should be able to do easily.
im more instrested in the gun sounds it's really nice
A cool mod idea could also be a wanted system like RDR2.
Patrols looking for one of the 3 characters, greyed out stars, different counties search.
Combine that with this mod and the whole game would come to life.
New here! Thanks for the mod review! Ive never heard of this one and will be adding it immediately! Thank you so much! Sub added!
Mild Correction, The Highway Patrol is an existing agency in old gen.
They spawn along... You guessed it, The highways. Either with Sheriff cars or Motorcycles.
Sometimes if you're speeding as you pass them you get a wanted level
While watching this, i could feel my ingame wallet crying from how much money i'd be spending on morse mutual and ammo refills, oh geez lmao
I just wanna see an expansion to the local police in gta 6 like Narcotic / Weapon Tactics teams like plain clothes officers, traffic units, k-9, etc
Wow this is so so so cool! I wish you could adjust the difficulty but, soemtimes you need and easy get away and not just die all the time.
Noose loaout is carbine rifel mk2 if youre wearing heavily body armor heavy SNIPER mk1 if you're wearing JUGGERNAUT suit assault shotgun pump shotgun mk2 pistol mk2 bullp shotgun
I think the background music in the gameplay would fit in gta 5 & 6 well done 7:31
