Gunther there's a head wrap for dreads or people who wear their locks or braids down. I think it's like a turban and a durag mix, you should look into it, definitely adds style to the way one rocks their locks. It's called a cognac halo t-shirt turban.

So Gunther I started with twisting with gel, then interlocked, but it felt like my hair was growing slow so I am currently free forming the interlocks. What’s my next move, I’ve been locked in since august of 2022, my locs are roughly 6 inches long, full head of locs.

gunther can you do a tutorial on how to do the tapered hairline if you have a widows peak? bc when i do it, it looks uneven bc i can only buzz down the middle of my hairline bc there is hair there, but not on the higher parts so it looks thinner

you can flip up the front part of the durag thats conected to the strings and it wont put lines on your head

The reason you get the lines across your forehead and the tension on the base of your neck is because you're tying it wrong. Gotta get those tails as wide and uniform as possible. Then lay them over each other with little to no overlap.

U can bald the bottom out low if u scared to mess up but then open lever go up and little and put the lever half way to get rid of that first line then the rest u did good
