  • Опубліковано 13 лис 2015
  • Marcelo first illustrates 2 varying methods of training and competing by playing conservatively, then radically assaulting forward. With his final and 3rd demonstration, he balances risk and security to represent the most efficient mode of sparring.

    Isn't going too hard when training a bad idea? There are days when you should be going easy to prevent injury? If you go hard all the time on your fellow training partners its kinda meh too?

    • @leonardovelez6598
      @leonardovelez6598 5 років тому

      Klauze the idea is to push yourself everytime you train, if your training partner is not training as hard as you then you should go harder, that's how they'll learn

    I don't understand what training at three levels of intensity implies about risk management. Sure, you can be more risky-aggressive or less, and how one should do it depends on the occasion. But awesome, awesome rolling anyway.
