I started playing the HD remake on the switch, and I absolutely love the game. It definitely has it's problems (what game doesn't?), but I have to say that this is one of the most unique and charming Zelda games I've played. The characters are fun and likeable (looking at you Groose, you legend), the story is very intriguing and brings something new, and of course the music is beautiful; I honestly think SS has some of the best music in the franchise

Gotta be honest man, i like skyward sword. i couldnt play the wii version because i would constantly fight against the controls but the HD remaster finally let me enjoy this game. I think i prefer it over breath of the wild even.
I have a lot of love for Skyward Sword, a love that I can't really explain, it's not my first zelda, that title goes to oot, but it's one that I remember fondly from my childhood, I had so much fun with the controls, the world, the music, and the characters, and now that I'm older I can proudly say that this is one of my favortite videogames of all time, right up there with BoTW

Watching my buddy beat the game and then being rewarded this masterpiece - it's a memory, for sure. I've been a committed Zelda end credits enthusiast since OOT. Twilight Princess is the absolute best, imo, but the Skyward Sword end sequence, as long as it is, comes in as a very close second.

They fixed all the glaring issues but also removed what it did great, mainly the dungeons and having a story that actually had emotional weight that isn't just flashbacks. Hoping TotK combines the pros of boths games together.

It's strange, the entire game plays like a dungeon. It's like the polar opposite of Breath of the Wild. Still great though
