War in this era is not an option neither is there a need for defence blocks like Nato, previous Warsaw pact etc. After 2 world wars we should have realised that it does not achieve anything. Everything can be resolved by dialogues and discussions. The money world sends on Defence is spent on our planet we would have no poverty, starvation or wars. We share a planet and we should unite and become a united family of earth. God bless

It must be chain with anchor in sea and safe building on earth. I have seen some vedio where cement block flote . I am not civil engineer but I know Japanese are very creative. Please work on it.
