I mentioned this in the description, but I should say it again here. No, I didn't nohit the fight within minutes of release. I am a beta tester and I nohit the fight in a beta version the day before the update was released, and I just made the video public as soon as the update came out.

@@sxtxrnxd no... this is the classic prep you make for no hitting esp on death. You can have a tiny arena on non armagedon and it would work, just not while no-hitting

nope this fight is pretty aids with a small arena or just using the overworld. not everyone is a gremlin that has nothing to do but play one game everyday, like this fight requires a big arena nohit or not. and i don't really feel like spending 3 hours on something like that. hopefully i can just download a map that someone made but until then i'm not continuing.

nah i would say its a bit too bland, and has too little energy to it. Take supreme calamitas or devourer for example, they have like 10 second build ups to their themes, and then the fight actually starts. Draedon has that as well, where the boss appears a little after you summon it. They're prolly gonna make another song that fits the fight better.
This theme fits the speed very well honestly, the current placeholder sucks bad considering how this fight is.

Draedon so hard to no-hit that you need an arena the size of almost an entire small world
At this point it seems like it's just not a feasible boss fight in death mode even without doing it no-hit, unless you use an insanely huge arena.
I played through this and it is 10 times harder than it looks

its not that hard if you build a massive arena and memorize the attacks

That's not his theme. He doesn't have one yet but he has a placeholder theme, the person who created that song the creator of the video used is DM dokuro though, it's from cave story, but rn Draedon doesn't have a theme for now

I honestly expected Draedon to be an event boss with 4 minibosses and Draedon himself. And it turns out he is just a lazy alien that just appears and dissapears, and whole bossfight is buffed bucket of bolts with skeletron prime having gamer skin

I didnt said its post Scal, more like on level of difficulty similiar to Scal, but its event. Only bosses that are connected to event are Yharim and Old Duke.
tbh this is the first version of draedon, things might change, (they are probably not making it into an event, but i wish it gets a fucking theme, some actual intensity which it lacks compared to idk, both the dragon guy and scal, and draedon not being an idiot)
good job on the no-hit dude. while im personally not a huge fan of the boss, i can respect you for stepping up to the challenge and beating it so quickly. you make them look easy

These were my thoughts when I first summoned him. Me and my friend are fucked with this one. Maybe it just ain’t the best multiplayer fight? Maybe I suck but damn is there so much shit to focus on at once in this fight.
Update: practiced solo for a few hours and now it’s easy as hell in multiplayer.

well, dragon himself is actually pretty weak, its his creations that are strong. he's not stupid enough to fight somebody who could easily slay him.

@@wallybrown1341 as I understand from his "dialogue", he didn't try to really stop you. He just tests his best machinery against a strongest enemy he could ever find
That was incredible! I have a question though, how did you make those platforms? You're able to simultaneously easily fall through them and stand on them when you need to, what are they made of? And how are they made?
if you hammer platforms all into stair platforms, this is the result. If you hold down, you continuously fall through them. If you don't hold down, you get to walk on them.

While first watching I was like “how is this harder then SCal” and then I realized that all the bosses combined have a health pool near 10-12 million.
that's what i love about this boss; it's a test of endurance. you can master their attack patterns and combinations, but can you dodge consistently and survive long enough?
Honestly I love this theme and it fits perfectly for Draedon. Hoping the title of Draedon's theme would be called "Deus Ex Machina"

This fight is so fucked up without a ruined world with a nohit arena its complete rng the enemies attacks are desynced and with bad luck you always end up in undodgeable situations. Like if you choose to fight the tins first in second stage the worm sometimes starts alining himself horizontally so you cant go down but you have the twins shooting at you so you have to do some vertical movement but if you go up the other thing places a laser wall above you.
Fr when the two other mechs appear after you lower the first one's hp, i always get nuked no matter which boss i choose first
