It was definitely not the batteries. Even in extreme circumstances there is no way for them to combust fast enough to explode like this. They just melt and catch fire. These had explosive implanted in them at some point.
people thinking random phones can just explode like that through hacks is wild. probably they switched their pagers with replica with bombs. Imagine hacking something like this on a plane? no way it passes regulations
If Destiny thinks parasocial is a dumb meaningless term, man he should study the Japanese idol fan community (or if he wants an english equivalent, the vtuber fan community) to see just how hard people can fall down the parasocial rabbit hole. When companies demand you stay single out of concern that your crazy fans might randomly stab you because you "betrayed" them, that's peak parasocialism.
Who said that ONLY batteries could result in a explosive detonation? Chips could generate necessary heat to detonate the explosive just as well. And how do you make chip overheat? Well, you make them do useless tasks that take a lot of resources, over and over.
Other than a random murder or a serial killer, couldn't ANY violent act be considered terrorism? "Violent, criminal acts committed by individuals and/or groups to further ideological goals, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature."

@@koralreefs2598Yes, people are still using pagers (sarcasm). You are a moron. They use pagers to avoid cell phone surveillance and location detection.
@@gpcarnage4881 well they have 24/7 satellite surveillance in Gaza so they can monitor who goes in and out of a residence before a strike, so it is not indiscriminate in many cases. They do not have this capability for all of Lebanon. I think Israel has done lot of good and bad things in Gaza, my overall take is that they are trying to use this conflict to push a takeover of the Palestinian run areas. I also think that the Israeli military in no way punishes their soldiers for misbehavior so I think there is a lot of war crimes and regular crimes that have yet to be addressed or discovered, and that after the war is over, there will be a lot more harm and evil than we initially thought now.
When hasan says something is 'unproductive' he really just means its inconvenient for Hasan

pagers were used by hezbollah operatives and the attack was to target hezbollah operatvies. thus it's not an indiscriminate attack by definition.

Destiny's psycho analysis of Hasan reminds me of Trump's narcissism and ego
Why is this guy so jealous of Hasan? He sounds like a very unhappy man.
Divorce and racism. This guy's never gonna last on the internet. 🤭
