Never had an aperture come loose in my hamskea insight peep. And I shoot almost daily. I asked them when the first SE came out, and it wasn't in the works. Love that they listen to their customers. I hope they will eventually sell housings only. I got everything for the UV3 already.
@@dillonwallingthink what helps is that the aperture is plastic. Had a shot in our field nationals where everyone complained about not seeing the target. My UV3 (with 3x SA Excalibur tuff lens) and insight peep had me laughing when I drew back and could see clear as day.
Betting you’re gonna really like that 31mm housing for TAC like long distance shots. I prefer the .010 size in any sight as I’m into ASA 3-d for score. Many like the .019 as it can reduce target anxiety? is what they tell me. Will that sight take a magnifying lens? 👍👍👀
Enjoyed the video but dang you need to work on your fraction sizes with the peeps lol. You said you were going from a 3/16 to a 5/16 to go smaller. I’m no mathmagician but I’m pretty sure 5/16 is bigger and you meant 5/32. And then you held up what you said was 1/4 which would have been bigger than 3/16 also, pretty sure you meant 1/8 there.
