This review and a previous recommendation from Ken lead me buy this bottle. I am glad I did as this is a nice drinkable whiskey for an everyday evening sipper or as a nice drink for guests.

Sat with a dram of this whilst watching the review.. couldn’t agree more. It’s a blinder! I’m only half way through the bottle I have and I’m thinking about buying a second bottle now.
It is a bottle that is certainlty worthy of always being on the shelf but the price is getting a bit ridiculous.
Great drop and one of the best affordable Japanese whiskey's you can buy.
Also once the bottle is finished, rip the labels off and turns into a great decanter!

It sure has that effect, very good drop. Shame that it has become so expensive.
When I first started drinking this whiskey Dans were selling for $130,, NOW its $230!!!! BUT I was gifted this bottle im sipping right now so CHEERS HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Yer prices across the board have gone through the roof. I did pick up a couple backups for $130 a while back luckily. Cheers!

I think the hype of japanese whisky has something to do with your overall verdict on the harmony. I personally dont think its anywhere near the value of its asking price, especially here in Aus. Im a yamazaki 12 kinda guy. You should try that!
Totally agree the price jump on Japanese whisky has gone ridiculous and yes the Yamazaki 12 is good but again way over priced.

Price of Japanese whisky has gone through the roof due to it's demand and it sure is one that have to try and savour.
MSRP in Japan is under $60 US. Everything over that, say thanks to your tax office and import company. Where I live, for the last 2 years the price is fixed 60 EUR, so if anything is skyrocketed - it's your import taxes.
Great stuff for that price, always have a bottle in my bar.
