Another type, that you guys missed is with fillings...pork, chestnut, salted egg yoke, Chinese sausage...it salty tasted...try this bak chang...pork dumpling or chang

I don't know where the experience burger maker is nowadays... many time I watch youtube with Ramly burger, many of them always failed to wrap the patty with egg properly. I did Ramly burger years ago and there is a technique to make it easy to fold and wrap it nicely without breaking the egg or left any of the patty exposed.
