  • For Valaversary Rich got a KitchenAid pasta press for me. So this our test run and unboxing! We made a gluten free pasta, a half bread flour and semolina flour mix, and a 100% semolina flour pasta dough. The key to the dough was if it’s to wet…add more flour, if it’s to dry…add a dash of water. There is a learning curve involved in making the correct pasta dough. When completed we put them in the dehydrator at 135 degrees for roughly 4 hours.

Thanks for showing us your trials too. That helped a lot.

Thank you, we used it once and have yet to use it again. But it’s just like any other tool…there when you need it.

I have never made pasta before. I've been thinking of trying it for awhile now.

I use mine religiously! It's better than anything from a restaurant at a fraction of the cost.

What’s the price comparison to store bought? Seems worth it either way, just knowing everything that’s in it!

Well, in all honesty pasta is cheap from the store. The KitchenAid pasta press itself was 225 bucks, the ingredients to make the pasta are cheap but we would have to make a ton of pasta for a ROI. Honestly, it’s knowing what’s in our food and having the ability to have control of our ingredients. Thank you for watching our videos.
