How about if you don’t have the contract for the company to pursuit?
I had a CCJ on my account, which I did not know about(no court papers via Lowell, NOTHING, no bailiffs ever either?? ) which was taken off in 2016. I found this out as Lowell sent me a letter last week asking me for payment for this said debt. I wrote to them stating that it was statute barred . Nothing was ever paid , this loan was taken out over 15 years ago and I became financially unable to pay debts . They are now taking me around the wheel again with said debt. So forever !!

I had an accident in Feb 22, I had a fully comp insurance. My car got written off and I was paid the MV of the car. My insurers said at the time they will deal with 3rd party claim on my behalf. No person injury incurred in the incident. On 3/11/23 I got a CCJ ordering to pay £19k. Why has this happened as claim is wrong, my insurance company should have dealt with it.
I had no correspondence in regards to debt claim until today. What should I do, really worried

Definitely not something to ignore - just had to mediate with a case on behalf of a family member - was a headache and when they claim was finally discontinued I was so happy to tear up all that claim forms and crap etc
What if ccj has been put on unlawfully? Via 3rd party interloper.
I have obtained a CCJ against a dodgy tradesman but against him personally, not his business. He has ignored everything and I am now at the point of enforcement action. How would a debt order work? I have his bank details, so what are the steps involved in freezing the account and withdrawing the money?
Just don’t open the door to the bailiffs.
Not proud of this and I am drug free now but I was a heroin addict and I foolishly let the bailiffs in for a debt of 300 quid from a doorstep lender. They spotted a roll of tinfoil in my room and said they were all ex police. They threatened to call the police and get me arrested if I didn't pay ( they could see I had nothing). I panicked and they said " what can you give us"? I had 10 quid in my pocket left over from my wage and I was withdrawing, I know it's hard to believe but I never committed crime to feed my habit. I was scared and said just this tenner I will show you my bank balance if you come to the ATM, they said "that will do for now we'll be in touch". Never heard from them again and I reckon they all had a pint on me and told the company it was a write off SMH. They do say hindsight is a beautiful thing. 10 years later I visited a friend who was still using and in a dark place the bailiffs were let in and she just said "I'm a smack head I've got fuck all" ! They turned around and walked away lol.

Can I use a CCJ for a relative to pay back money I lent them (I have proof of bank transfer and that it was an agreed loan (interest free) through WhatsApp messages)?
Take them to small claims court.

You probably had a ccj against you, so you're in the wrong.
