Multi-Car Insurance - A Simple Guide
I've found that privately owned car parks do not enforce any penalties they ask for. By that I mean they won't take you to court. And I've never had visits from bailiffs either. But if you do have bailiffs knocking on your door, you can tell them not to waste their time as it's not enforceable and is a non essential debt. I'm not a dishonest person, but make mistakes occasionally, and if I notice what I've done, I usually go to the parking meter and pay for some time, then drive away immediately.
It does not result in "a CCJ" or "a court hearing" I think you got those the wrong way round and missed a few "mays" If you loose the court case a CCJ strike on a credit database may result. It is always foolish to ignore a summons and will never end well.
Always remember the Left hates you and will make laws worse and worse for working people while shoplifting gangs from other countries keep hitting the local shop and YOUR prices keep going up !!!!
You talk too much. Go straight to the topic

This is my situation. On June 2024 a friend of mine got two fines for spitting and a cigarette butt. A total of £300. I lended my bank card and let her buy things with it and she had my full consent to pay the fine. I was not present when that incident occurred. She tried to pay it but the payment didn't go through. She spoke Chinese so due to the language barrier, it was difficult for her to understand. Instead my home address was taken with her name and date of birth. A letter was received to my address and I said to her that I'll pay it. On August 7th and 8th 2024, I paid it online and I paid the other fine at the post office. Somehow, the barcode papers got switched so I ended up paying £150 for the same fine that was paid via online. Thinking that all problems were resolved and I moved house since 30 Dec 2024. On 3rd January 2025 a single justice procedure notice form was sent to the mail at my old home. The letter was given to me very late. I spoke to the fixed penalty agent on the call and provided evidence that an error was made and one of the fines was paid twice. I had the post office receipt and my bank statement and a screenshot of the online payment with the reference number. The agent told me that his manager will investigate it. The deadline for the SJPN form was today so I filled it as not guilty and filled out the box about this mistake and sent it to post. My only worry is that it is since last year that I met my friend and I haven't seen her since. I filled these documents and contacted the court agent and FP agent because it was my error for not paying it right. Because I filled it out as not guilty, certainly there will be a trial and I put myself as a defence witness but I can't bring the defendant. Is there any advice on this? Will I be prosecuted for trying to help? Thank you sir for reading.
stop saying bailiffs can push their way into your hom aside from criminal fines as long as you dont have your car on drive and dont let them in job done
If the UK had UBI for everyone then we all have all the time in the world. So what can we do with this time? They can give free courses that lead to become a AI engineer / something to do with AI (freedom of choice if the people want to do this or not) . If people are successful they would get additional pay but ofc that would get taxed etc. That would boost the UK economy so much. When people are not stressed about surviving they have the mental capacity to learn and push themselves into other aspects. AI is the next revolution and the UK is falling far behind
What about a car how is that effected
If we all report this video would youtube take it down for false information! Asking for a friend?
Didn't answer anything, just a sales funnel
Don’t worry if you get CCJ. It’s easy pay one payment then cancel Payments the original firm then can’t open existing CCJ.
My cousin got sanctions for earing extra during Xmas.
Dameo?? Typical english name. No womder theres no money for us true brits all the scum get it and live here for free
They tried to fine me when the car park was full and I couldn't find a spot. Told them I wouldn't be paying. That was a year ago

If there is no signed contract agreeing to pay, then no they are not: BILLS OF EXCHANGE ACT 1882 SECTION 23 titled SIGNATURE ESSENTIAL TO LIABILITY.
Are there rules about what kind of weather camera vans operate in - eg temperature and rain

I Just Got negative balance how Long do i have to pay PayPal before they sell to debht colectors
if they use a liability order thay have no been used in law since 2003.. COURT AND COUNCIL PERJURY.
Good advice.
2:49 I’m guessing you’ll cover this but just in case; Failure to respond ti the NIPs 172 Notice carries 6points & £200 as an FPN for that failure, so don’t do this for an offence with a lower penalty, ideally don’t do this at all… Edit, you do.
so if you all pay to drive through the zones the air is now clean, But if you do not pay the air is unclean . Agenda 30 get the cars off the road is what this is all about!!!
Agree, what if papers not returned to court by respondent?
Any system that results in ongoing penalties is corrupt. The intent of policing seems to be to constantly issuing fines, not to educate and assist drivers to be informed on how to drive safely. This is all part of the police state introduced by Tony Bliar after the 1997 election. He implemented several pieces of legislation granting huge powers to the police. A big change to roads policing was the change from policing by consent to summary justice. This allows for increased fines if someone takes the matter to court, clearly an abuse of power. Often there are issues that should be heard in court instead of being down to the whim / opinion of an officer. Instead we need to return to the system of training drivers to properly read the road, to evaluate the risks. Even yesterday evening I was driving on an A road in the dark. Although the limit was 50 often I reduced my speed to account for the conditions. Yet the same limit of 50 applies in broad daylight, but edging over the limit would leave me at risk of prosecution / fines. Many of these roads used to be 60, yet the lack of proper training now means that people drive to the limit not to the conditions. So can we get the police state reversed, have decent policing restored, fair processes, proper training for drivers? Speed limits have been reduced on many roads, over the last few decades, often with multiple changes of speed limit. Then there is the urbanisation of busy roads, where routes have roundabouts installed to provide access to housing estates, where the developers and landbankers make many millions in profits. Housing, industrial estates, should be accessed off local roads, not off major routes, A roads, and even B roads. What used to be free flowing routes, have become congested. Additionally why should people, families, children have to use a busy road near their homes (even if well designed), the safety and pollution are one thing, but living next to a busy road is a health issue due to the noise. This applies even to bypasses around towns and villages, where the design was rightly to remove the traffic. Instead of these being respected and even developed as protected routes, they are degraded. Indeed instead of being properly maintained they are neglected until such time as a 'scheme is implemented, which usually restricts the use of the route. The priority seems to be to control, inconvenience, bureaucracy, inefficiency. lack of diect accountability. All paid for by fines, taxes. With the advent of new super councils, more police control, it is likely to get far worse.
Brilliant advice 👍
These mobile units are always located in a hidden location combined with a bend and just inside a restricted zone after leaving an unrestricted one. It's definitely a cash cow, but they seem to be always absent when an idiot insists on overtaking you and others at break neck speeds
Stop complaining, stick below the speed limit…duh
The government has no money left because the imagrants have had it all
Keep you hands still bloody distracting
What we have to do if i get 6 points.
I’m sure they will be giving fines for this a nice revenue for the government
Just drove through one today but the sign said suspended bus lane does that mean its fine or is it an actual fine 😡🤣
WHAT GENDER PAY GAP? THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL..... OH! YOU MEAN THE GAP IN INCOMES BECAUSE OF THE JOBS YOU CHOOSE.......?
Unlawful notices, just like the council tax as council are in no way position to issue fines. Only a court can do that. Bailiffs are third party interlopers, close the door and laugh in their face.
After getting covid and Aplastic anemia I was let go by the firm I worked for for 25 years I worked my whole life I’m 63 years old I attempted to claim universal credit only to be told that as I had paid into a company pension I was not entitled to anything perhaps I need to cross to France and come back on a rubber dinghy they will throw money at me then I’m bloody seething
Thank you for well explained video!
