I have the e-book version of that massive book it has 22778 pages lol by the time it talks about xss its in the late 11500ths of a page lol
Ikr? But that's why I say that this is not the book you would normally read from cover to cover. Usually I use it to read about something very specific, like the XSS example you just mentioned 😊
One great alternative to the book is the portswigger website, where you have a lot of free resources to learn about WebApp Pentesting!

Eu já conhecia vários temas relacionados com cybersecurity e pentesting mas só no final do ano passado decidi dar o grande passo de entrar na área através do tryhackme.
Cheguei a comprar 2 livros que foram o "the hacker playbook 3" e esse de enginharia social(por curiosidade) mas que acabei por deixar de lado quando me fartei do tryhackme.
Apesar de estar "estagnado" do thm continuava a ver de vez em quando uns videos teus ou dos outros, mas desde aquele dia que falei contigo no discord fizeste-me ficar mais motivado, voltei ao thm e agora tá me a dar ganda vontade de ler aqueles dois que tenho aqui em casa.😁
Com isto dito, é um prazer acompanhar-te pois é gratificante ver uma pessoa que está no mesmo caminho que eu, apesar das distancias, onde eu estou tu já tiveste. Adoro nos teus vídeos como partilhas as tuas experiencias e dás dicas ao pessoal. Faltou muita coisa que não disse pois n tenho jeito para me expressar e o que disse deve tar ganda confusão mas a intenção tá lá😅.
