IFC-PBC Climate2Equal Webinar Series: Green Jobs for Women

The purpose of this webinar is to explore what green jobs and greening jobs actually mean and highlight how private companies can identify ‘green jobs’ and ways of ‘greening jobs’ for women in their business operations. We are joined by Ayesha Aziz (Packages Group), Maha Kamal (Women in Energy Pakistan) and Dr Mohsen Gul (Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and they share their insights and research in what green jobs are and how to ensure sustainability when creating them.
Climate2Equal Pakistan is a peer-to-peer learning platform that brings together private companies pledging on gender-inclusive climate action and aims to increase the awareness, skills, commitment and actions of private companies to include women in company-led climate action. This project is being managed by Nazish Shekha and Atiya Abbas from CERB and Dalia Hashish and Zara Qaiser from IFC.
