How much does it take to initially start an SLP private practice? I am an SLPA and going to grad school. By the time I graduate in 3 years I feel like it will still be a work in progress. Could I start now and eventually open it once I get my SLP licensure? I would slowly put money into it. TIA!
I don’t know if this is a dumb question, but did you do Evaluations and have assessments/protocols and then move them to therapy when first starting? Or is it possible to start treating immediately without the use of evaluations to gather profit first then gather all assessments after? Which do you recommend?
I watched until the end, but I did not see the free calculator. Did I miss something? Or was that just the chart with how much you can make based on how many clients/sessions you have?
You can have a private practice without your CCCs but you do need a state license. If you’re private pay it’s fine but some payor sources may require CCCs.
Thanks for sharing! Wish I had this info when I started!
Thank you so much for sharing!!!
I love this presentation. Are your incentive still available?
How much can you charge a client?
Would telling your hospital clients about your private practice not be conflict of interest?

Great video! Is there a specific title name for a person that just creates speech therapy resource materials?
I feel better about this now.
When should you start doing these things if you are in grad school? Thank you
