  • Wall marches allow you to slow down your sprint technique and work on lower body mechanics. Focus on keeping weight on the balls of the feet with the heels close to the ground, but never letting them touch the ground. The stance leg should be fully extended for each rep, with the drive leg making a 90 degree angle at the hip and the toes of that foot pointed up. Your core should remain tight throughout the movement, maintaining a neutral spine (not rounded or arched).
