I just mentioned in Abby’s video that the powder foundation is my favorite powder foundation hands down. It is so finely milled and never looks heavy (I’m 63). I’ll try my FutureSkin under me eyes. Thanks for the tip!
I love Chantaille. I have the cushion foundation and the skin tint. I love them both and wear one or the other everyday. I also use and love their mascara, blush and bronzer. I will be buying some products on Black Friday sale.

I though i stop watching these video's as Chantecaille refuses to open (online) shops here in/for Europe, wrote them an email again, that i have the feeling not fiitting in for my no.1 brand, and i buy a lot of Chantecaille, most is skincare, but also love their makeup!!! This week i was not in the mood to watch Jennifer's video for that reason (Alfeisty) explained that it has nothing to do with her of course. But loved to watch this, and always learn so much, love all Chantecaille makeup, well almost everything. From the latest makeup products i only bought the blurring powder, could not try yet, will soon! Because the rest did not call my name. I found last years Christmas collection more special i must say. The things you explained, smudging liner for a stay put outer corner, great to know, thanks so much!!! Also love these eyeshadow duo's! And Niche Beauty Germany (my fav retailer) as well as Cult Beauty and Space NK will come with discounts, not Douglas here in The Netherlands, i think. But that is not it. 2 for the price of 1, having the opportunity to buy cute bracelets to support wildlife even more etc, it's not a big deal, i'm not mad, but i'm also not happy that Chantecaille just does not listen, giving an answer to my email, yes we are working on shops in Europe. They promise this now so long. But loved the video!!! I don't use the Charlotte Tilbury powder as a foundation because it doesn't have enough coverage for that and isn't really formulated for that. So, because of that, I would say the Chantecaille has more coverage for sure and best suited to use by itself. But if you are using it to set an existing foundation, you could use either, so if you have one you don't need the other. I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
QUESTION for MANDY: Hi Mandy. I have a serious question for you. I have overly droopy eyelids (I’m 63 and in excellent shape/health otherwise). My eyelids are so droopy that they rest on top of my eyelashes when my eyes are open. So here’s my question. I never ever wanted plastic surgery, but I guess that is a possible option which I will discuss with my family doctor. I don’t fear getting more laugh-lines in my face as I get older, not at all. But I want to be able to see over my eyelids. My question is … Have you ever heard of a product called “Lids by Design”? It’s a piece of plastic that hides in your eyelid and “lifts” the lid up and gives you an eyelid crease again. I cannot find any (recent) reviews. I would really appreciate your thoughts. Great video and now I want to order the Chantecaille Future Skin for under eye! I'm just nervous the color won't be right. Their site tells me vanilla but I feel like I could also be one of the other medium shades. I'm terrible at color matching and don't want to make a pricey mistake. Does anyone know if they can help with this or if it's sold in any retailers so I can try it in person to find my shade? Thank you!
Hi I have been trying hard to find people with light skin who use the goa bronzer but no luck. I am alabaster in future skin. I’m considering redeeming points for it I’m so close. Do you think that shade can be used on fair skin tones?
I ordered almost $1k worth of Chantecaille based on this video. This was my first order of these products. I did not know anything about this company prior to your video. I have to say that I am completely disappointed. There were some products that did not work for me. What I found out is that they give you only store credit on used items. Plus you cannot get a refund of any kind if you do not return the gift. The gift is used so I can't image that they will do anything but throw it away. I have to say that I am 1000% disappointed with this company. After I use my store credit, I will never purchase another product from this company. Even Ulta or Sephora do not do this to customers. So beyond frustrated with the company and their customer service.
So sorry you don't like the products Justina. I have to say you are the first I have heard that from. I do always suggest checking the return policy before checking out. Sephor and Ulta are huge and carry so many large brands, they can afford to eat returns. Many smaller/independent companies can't. I have never had that issue, but I have never returned anything to them. Sorry again.

I only returned additional items because I did not want to get stuck with something that did not work out. I don't need additional store credit then what I now have. It's not that I did not like the products, some colors did not work for me. I was just completely taken back by the customer service I received.
Just so you know, all the popular Chantecaille products most gals are interested in purchasing are all sold out. Talk about inappropriate marketing and completely unprepared for what is one of the biggest event sales of the year. I’m done with Chantecaille. There are better and more customer centered brands out there that don’t disappoint the buying public like this one does. 😢
