Kevin awesome project! I'm just starting to build something similar for my son. Did you happen to save the arduino sketch and schematics or have it posted somewhere or other details? I'd love to see how you did it and build upon. This is def a top notch product!
Outstanding Work! Kevin do you think you could give me some guidance on how do this with just with front full beam and tail lights on a simple on/off switch? I'm not electrically capable enough to do anything more advanced.
Awesome!!! Like your work!! So I would like to pimp my son's Ground Force with some LEDs as well but unfortunately I'm not that good enough to do it without any guidance form a Professional. Kevin do you think you could give me some ?
How did you get the LED headlights bulbs in far enough that they don't hit the lens? My bulb has a double like shoulder on it that makes it protruded too far out
Great job very nice! Might try this as I'm getting ready to order my two year old this tractor or the case version of it. Schematic would be nice if you have one handy and where to pickup some of the parts as in controller. I've made a simple system for under our countertops with different modes but think this is a little different. That was plug and play type of thing.
Hi Kevin, What did you use to control the individual LED voltages as I am trying to develop some ideas for my grandson's tractor. Very impressive results.!!
Hello ! This is so awesome 👍🏻 I sooo want to so this on my son’s JD ground force tractor! He got one this Christmas ! I would be so thankful if you could send me some details for this project! I’m not an expert my self at this but got some friends with good electric skills that could help me! 🙏🏻
+Rick Collins Sure, but since I'm using a microcontroller for special FX, etc., why not just build in a software timer? :) And even though the battery *is* rechargeable, you should be aware that repeatedly draining a rechargeable battery (especially nearly all the way, as the LEDs would do given enough time), will definitely destroy your battery (kill its storage capacity) over time.
+christoffer1973 I don't have a kit for sale anywhere (yet), but I might be willing to put one together if you know someone who's seriously interested. I do have a store on Tindie.com (search "Creltek"), with various electronic modules, but this isn't on there yet. Maybe in the near future. :)
@@kevpatt Hi Kevin, I've done similar, smaller scale projects in the past, but I'd be interested in a kit or at least schematics/parts lists if you're still watching this thread's replies.
+Trac Tech Thanks! Hey I see the tractors you are building on indiegogo. If you're interested in a LED lighting solution, I think I could provide something tailored to your designs. Contact me at kevpatt _at_ khptech _dot_ com if you're interested!
Outstanding, Kevin! Sitting here admiring your work. Of course, now we gotta have it for our Ground Force tractor. :) Is there any way we could chat in private? Please, contact me (I was trying to find a way from here to send you a PM). Thanks!!!
awesome job! wish I had the skills to do this to my son's tractor
Dude, sell this as a kit. I'd buy it!!!
I would buy one too!
Me Moooo!! Too,,,I ment .

I know that this is an old posting but wondering if you by chance would sell the programming and parts list for duplication for my kid nephew?

brilliant my friend!! great work, solid plan/design/execution! I really like
Wow awesome - do you sell a kit yet?
How many watt are the front White led? And how many the Orange?
Hello, can you tell me which model of LED have use. Do you have a reference?
Kevin, I just wanna make 2 working headlights on a switch. What 1 watt LED's did you use and where can I get them?

Hello Kevin can you send me more Information about this project, or did you sell this kitt?
Did you have much problem spliting the tractor to route the wiring and switch?
What exact kind of lights did you use?
I figured it out, thanks! I was trying to figure out which LED's I needed in another project. Thanks for the reply!
I would love to have this for my son's tractor. do you build these kits to sell? thanks

is there anyway that you would send me the code for the arduino?

Nice! Make kit and i would buy... And meany more... ❤️
Just put switch and led lights will last long time with minimal draw anyway. It's rechargeable anyway

WOW! That was cool! Do you sell this kit finish build... This you can easily sell!!!!

Kevin Patterson i would definitely buy them if they were available
I'd buy one

Me too
Awesome job 👏
Dang. I was thinking of doing something similar with the same tractor but I was just going to do a on off switch lol😂
Do you have schematics?
+Richard LaSalle Yes, yes I do.... email me kevpatt _at_ khptech.com if you'd like to get more info.
Nicely done.

+Kevin Patterson OK, I've saved your email. I will keep you in my mind. Thanks! p.s. new version will blow everyone's mind... ;)
+Trac Tech awesome! Definitely keep me posted!

Very interested in replicating your build. Please let me know if you're able to point me in the right direction.
Epic. And I need your help
smittenless What do you need my help with?
Cool video!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍
Not DOT APPROVED because trailer has no lights lol
+Rick Collins coming soon... :P
+1 for wanting a kit. 😂😎
Damn, your good! lol
No need for big words lol it's really easy to do this lmao
+Rick Collins Let's see the "emergency vehicle responder mode" without a microcontroller. "Easy" would not be my description...
