    Kevin awesome project! I'm just starting to build something similar for my son. Did you happen to save the arduino sketch and schematics or have it posted somewhere or other details? I'd love to see how you did it and build upon. This is def a top notch product!

    Outstanding Work! Kevin do you think you could give me some guidance on how do this with just with front full beam and tail lights on a simple on/off switch? I'm not electrically capable enough to do anything more advanced.

      Awesome!!! Like your work!! So I would like to pimp my son's Ground Force with some LEDs as well but unfortunately I'm not that good enough to do it without any guidance form a Professional. Kevin do you think you could give me some ?

    I know that this is an old posting but wondering if you by chance would sell the programming and parts list for duplication for my kid nephew?

    How did you get the LED headlights bulbs in far enough that they don't hit the lens? My bulb has a double like shoulder on it that makes it protruded too far out

    Kevin, I just wanna make 2 working headlights on a switch. What 1 watt LED's did you use and where can I get them?

    Great job very nice! Might try this as I'm getting ready to order my two year old this tractor or the case version of it. Schematic would be nice if you have one handy and where to pickup some of the parts as in controller. I've made a simple system for under our countertops with different modes but think this is a little different. That was plug and play type of thing.

    Hi Kevin, What did you use to control the individual LED voltages as I am trying to develop some ideas for my grandson's tractor. Very impressive results.!!

    Just put switch and led lights will last long time with minimal draw anyway. It's rechargeable anyway

    • @kevpatt
      @kevpatt  9 років тому

      +Rick Collins Sure, but since I'm using a microcontroller for special FX, etc., why not just build in a software timer? :) And even though the battery *is* rechargeable, you should be aware that repeatedly draining a rechargeable battery (especially nearly all the way, as the LEDs would do given enough time), will definitely destroy your battery (kill its storage capacity) over time.

    WOW! That was cool! Do you sell this kit finish build... This you can easily sell!!!!

    • @kevpatt
      @kevpatt  8 років тому +1

      +christoffer1973 I don't have a kit for sale anywhere (yet), but I might be willing to put one together if you know someone who's seriously interested. I do have a store on Tindie.com (search "Creltek"), with various electronic modules, but this isn't on there yet. Maybe in the near future. :)

      @@kevpatt Hi Kevin, I've done similar, smaller scale projects in the past, but I'd be interested in a kit or at least schematics/parts lists if you're still watching this thread's replies.
