I think the reason why they went with a brighter, younger visual concept is because a lot of Korean fans wanted that kind of concept. In UN Village and in his EXO career there were not many concepts where he was able to exhibit a brigther and boyish visual. But I do agree that they could have used more budget on the MV:)

Thank you for the lovely reaction! Personally, I liked the video a lot and I think it does fit the song. Plus, knowing Baekhyun, he loves street-wear and baggy clothes, and he wanted to dance and have other people with him to perform. He even said that filming the video felt like hanging out with friends. So having all that in mind, my personal opinion is that it was pretty good!
I feel that the song and the dance is literally beautiful but the set was so underwhelming for such an incredible song. They could have done SO MUCH more than that. Yes, there are several subtle and cute points in the set but I feel that it does not give the song justice. This comeback just proves how versatile Baekhyun is as an artist. He proved this with the sound of UN village and this song. He is a fantastic artist and soloist alright! Looking forward to more releases in the future.

Agree, song is fantastic and so is the dancing, but I’m a fan of the whole video. Baekhyun said he wanted a hanging, having a good time with your friends vibe (he’s still really close with his high school friends, some of them even did the candy dance challenge), and I think it definitely accomplished that. I’ve watched this a bunch of times by now so it’s hard to remember my initial reaction, other than being super happy with it.
