I don't speak english very will so Don't focuse with grammar. I suffering from the forget. More than normat and less focuse.
Where do the hypnosis come from? The racism and discrimination of the government and the business owners playing favorites regardless of the skills and discipline of the teams, which is why I am considering leaving AMERICA. People who are favored teaching the same stuff always pretend like they aren't chosen according to possibly race and meeting a stereotype. I know black people teaching what you are, yet their business don't get marketed like yours and people don't rush to listen to them, so blaming all failures on the person all the time is disrespectful.
