Dealing with this now on my 87 f150. Though I decided to rip out the fuel system and put in one 38 gallon rear tank. This dual system isnt properly supported by decent parts to keep such a complex system when you can spend essentially the same money and go to a simpler sytem that is easier to deal with.
I believe your solution is a better fix than buying a selector valve that is not factory.
Where did you acquire the selector valve? I’ve bought 3 from eBay that have all failed. However, the one I picked at a pull lot that was 30 years old worked for six months.

Front tank is loud well not the tank but the you can hear extremely loud the pump
The fuel filler tube is broken since couple years but lately like couple months ago starting to be way but way too loud
Like buzzing sound I know these pump are kinda huge but any way I need help I can't find to see what the problem could be

Sounds like your high volume fuel pump external from the tank. The pumps in the tank are low volume and deliver to the single high volume pump mounted on the frame rail. I had that same loud noise on mine when I first got this truck. The pump was functioning fine but the noise made me think it was time for a change whether it was or not. I also changed the fuel filter. That said, the more expensive the pump usually the quieter it is...check into that if you replace yours. Also, use your phone to record the noise/video from underneath as you turn the key on or as it is running. Sometimes you can pinpoint those pesky sounds better. Hope this helps!
what symptoms was the fuel reservoir exhibiting that led you to replace it?
It was seeping fuel around the seams where it was put together.
