I have been watching Spudman on TickToc.....he makes jacket potatoes (baked potatoes) in the UK. He has a food truck and can bake almost 500 potatoes at one time. The adobo looked so good!!!

That's basically a twice baked potato u usually scoop everything out mix with cheese and all your toppings then put it back in the skin with more cheese on top. You can use broccoli and cheese also! Do u like eating the skin?

Hey Benji! My dad does a twice baked potato but he will hollow the potatoes after baking it then mashed it in a bowl with butter and salt…rebaking with lots of cheese on top.🤤But totally gonna share this video with him so he can try making this too.❤

I have always taken the potato out of the skin mashed them and put them back into the potatoes . Then top them and back in the oven to melt the cheese .

Good you Judy, for not reacting over the top to a simple potato with adobo , if benji plans to open a restaurant like everyone tells him he should he needs to be prepared. The restaurant business is tough and people aren’t always going to like the food you cook. He won’t be able to just stare at people with his mean eyes and convince them to change their minds because they are afraid to hurt his fragile ego.
I think you had a good point it was constructive to start with but the fragile ego bit seems a malicious. It's admirable that he has such high expectations of himself and what he provides to his fam.
