Coming up we had rice all the time.Whether it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner now, when I make rice, I don't measure it at all.I don't even do the finger.I just look at it. And it works out every single time😊

In elementary we had a song for the continents it went, North America, South America, Antartica, Antartica, Europe, Asia, Africa, Europe, Asia, Africa, ......Australia...Australia
i learned a song in kindergarten that i'll never forget. it goes "asia, africa, north and south america, australia, antarctica and europe too"
I'm mexican and rice is also one of our main foods, but my family doesn't eat rice every day. 😮
I went to Tanzania in 2000 on a church Companion Synod mission trip. The people there were amazing as well as the safari that we took from Arusha, at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, to the East of Lake Victoria Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Mwanza. It was wonderful. We saw the Seringetti, Norangoro Crater and so many animals. Monkeys stole our bananas out of the Land Rover. We flew over the Great Rift Valley. It was such a blessing for everyone. 🙏🏾❤️

Australia is NOT a continent. Australasia is the continent and Australia is one of the countries included in this continent along with New Zealand and pacific countries like Samoa, Fiji, Tonga etc ❤️❤️❤️

5:22 I just use a regular pot. After washing the rice, I just swish it around with my hand while water is poured in. I can feel with my hand the right water amount just by doing that. 😉. I’m 62. That should be easy for me by now. 😄

Love the travel memories! That was for Dancember! I remember the africa vlog was so cool! If I had LEGO sets like this maybe I would have liked them better! Kids have it easy now! We literally had a million pieces and could build whatever we wanted!

It was so beautiful hearing the kids reminiscing and seeing what they actually remember. Plus i love this as an idea to build with a fam and have this bonding experience because not all models can be divided like that for many people to do.
Their is a saying in india if you gift beauty products to women it bring lot of financial well being to the one who gift... Sometimes i wonder if japan,korean companies apply the same belief 😂😂😂😂😂 may be that's the reason they gift so many free stuff

The rice measurement, I tried the finger measurement for my rice and that didn't go to good for me. So I now measure it with a cup.

Judy don't worry, it is not to late to learn geography 😉It seems many Americans are not good in geography, I see videos of vloggers asking random people, mostly young adults, some even older being asked geography questions who failed to answer even the most basics...like which state is the White House in? USA is land locked between what countries? What is the capital of the USA? What is the most northern state? the most southern state? Then ask them the names of the Kardashians ...what are the chances many young girls will nail naming them?
