  • A 15 minute warmup using gentle Dao Yin style exercises, followed by 45 minutes of standing Tai Chi Flow in this easy to follow class. No need for any equipment. All the need is a space the size of a yoga mat and some comfortable clothes. Injuries? Bring it on. We can deal with those. Breathe, flow, play, and don't worry about all the complicated alignment issues you will find in a classical tai chi class.
