Please, Stop Turning Anime Into Arena Fighters

- If like us you love anime, you'll no doubt have thought about why video games do so little with the games based on them. This is especially true of the shonen genre, with franchises like Naruto, My Hero Academia, One Piece, and One Punch Man. Each of these properties presents fascinating worlds, charismatic characters, and interesting ideas that would work well as a game. And yet, in most cases, we keep getting boilerplate arena fighters.
In this video, Tamoor vents his frustrations with the state of anime and manga to video game adaptations, and remembers one particular example of it being done well. Why is he doing this? Because anime and manga deserve better, and he's hoping that others out there might see the video and feel the same.
Admittedly, Dragon Ball FighterZ was an excellent recent example of an anime adaption done right, but it's still buried under a pile of forgettable ones. Maybe if we complain loud enough someone will listen to our anguished cries for better anime games. Fingers crossed.
These are straight facts. They could've done something completely original with One Punch Man, but they followed the arena fighter format
how are u everywhere
And what would be original my guy? It's hard to come up with things "original" in terms of shows, anime, and games, because most if not all ideas have been thought up and used for entertainment. If you're so knowledgeable why don't you give an example of something "original" and let's see if someone can't come up with a game of the same format
That's true but the games dont have a big enough budget to make an other decent genre . Kakarot was good but the open world was meh.... I'm hoping fairy tail great for a rpg and its rare they get delayed aswell anime games
@@lilakila5935 ideas are limitless. not all have been used. you're severely wrong. the question is whether they're good ideas or not
@@voss9352 If you're trying to prove that, why not state at least ONE good idea for a game adaptation of a shonen anime. Wouldn't that prove your point right away?
It still blows my mind that we dont have a proper AAA One Piece adventure game
Yeah closest thing we got was Unlimited World Red. They failed bad with World Seeker.
@@OtakuUnderground92 I just got Unlimited World Red on PSN sale for a few bucks. It's alright. Only worth getting on sale tho.
@@OtakuUnderground92 yea, im thinking about getting that game... but im not in a hurry tho, atleast it has original story and New characters..
Why would you want a AAA game? AA is where it's at?
Spoiler from 2023: Fortunately, we have One Pice Odyssey, neither masterpiece nor mediocre, just a way better than World Seeker.
Even though I don’t like the show, Fairy Tail looks like a neat RPG that I want to give a whirl. This mainly because it looks so different from most anime games. Would love to see more experimentation like that.
Exactly
Fairy tail is a solid show worth a watch. It's nothing ground breaking or serious but as stated worth a watch when you have nothing going on.
its been a year, how was it?
All anime games are always good looking. The problem is most of them are not immersive at all and dont have depth
My hero is ugly as hell
@@jay-sama- okay point
@@jay-sama- It's cause the developer Spike Chunksoft are complete shit at making fighters
Jump force is without a doubt the ugliest game I've ever seen
Imagine an anime rpg
That would be cool
I would say that arena fighters aren’t inherently bad, but the problem with most of these today is that they lack depth. With them being made intended to get cash, they’re mainly make in terms to get people’s attention based off the presentation and roster rather than the gameplay themselves. Thus, this makes it that they lack the depth that 2D and 3D fighters have. They also have horrid balancing as well since it’s more based off the show’s power levels itself rather than from a balance perspective, so whoever’s the most strongest canon wise would typically be the strongest character in-game as well, with the weaker characters having the worst toolkit respectively. This makes it that the game have less variety in competitive play since why bother experimenting with the other characters when you could just play with the strongest characters and call it for the day? But not all arena fighters are like this since there’s some out there that do offer depth like Pokken(the Field Phase), Kill La Kill IF, and Gundam VS(there’s a couple of them so I forgot the name of the most recent one). But with most anime arenas trying to copy what Ninja Storm did without making them in-depth, they ended up being really cheap as a result.
I dont want arena fighters to stop being made I just want them to be made in a quality fashion
for that they would have to revolutionize a genre and find or adapt depth.
and most arena fighters are just cheap projects that sell of their name.
they wont put the effort in
Fr bro
Imagine Playing Black Clover like DMC, One Piece Like Black Flag,SAO and Fate like Nier Automata damn that would put me in tears
Yooo can't imagine how lit One Piece Black Flag like game is!!!
Exactly what i was thinking
@@thedoot2000 I KNOW RIGHT!!! dude just thinking about like roaming in a massive open world with luffy and the others and tons of side quest to develop their relationship.....hope in the future man this thing needs a push
Black Clover like DMC...? As much as I love DMC that would be a bad idea. Black Clover game should be like Tales of Symphonia or turn-based like Dragon Quest. SAO would be dope with a battle system like FF7. I like Nier, but it’s combat wasn’t the best, which is to be expected it’s P* after all.
@@rexconanan146 I think it would be make more sense if it released after one piece ends (that I hope it will be soon for oda's sake lol).
Or there will be two part game where the first one it covers the first half of grand line and the second one takes places at the new world.
Just stop letting Spike Chunsoft make anime arena fighters.
Agreed
I wouldn't even mind them if they were just made by a competent developer. Can the tekken team make a baki game? Can Capcom take another crack at Jojo? Arcsys killed it with dbfz despite the pretty bad roster
u mean bamco
Continue? 9, 8, 7... Bad roster? Every relevant character on the franchise is in it.
@@czar17_28 He's probably mad a lot of crappy Super characters from ToP aren't in it. lol
Finally, someone said it. Arena fighters are lame cashgrabs.
Arena fighters can be done right if you actually know what you doing. More than half of these developers dont care or dont know shit about fighting game mechanics.
@@joaokiwi2543 Yeah, you're right. There are a few decent ones out there.
PhantomBot Budokai Tenkaichi 2 and 3 were good arena fighters
@@hypn0298 Yes, they were. I was talking about the current trend of making shitty arena fighters based on popular anime to make some quick buck.
I guess this what happens when you tournaments in anime and fighting games
OMG thank you for saying this. Not everything need to be a copy and paste of the arena fighter format.
AGREEEDDDDDD WE NEED TO DEMAND BETTER FROM THE DEVELOPERS I feel they use the fact that “welp it’s anime they’ll buy it either way” and it’s time to stop this bull shiz
Bernadetta Von Varley stop what? Wanting better instead of settling with a POS game?
When he said a JoJo VA game by Platinum Games
...I felt dat
Dude, I got chills just thinking about it
I shat my pants man I really hope it happens lmao
We got heritage for the future at least.
Kill la Kill IF isn't that bad tbh. It's not perfect, but it's a glimmer of hope for arena fighters being more complex.
As someone who really loves fighting games and is into the fgc community, can you explain what are mechanics that make it technical to play? I really wanna buy the game but I don’t know because of the arena battle style gameplay, any info would be appreciated!

There are already complex arena fighters! Gundam Extreme Versus, Super DBZ, and Pokken! Hell, Pokken was in fucking EVO. Extreme Versus is the most popular fighting game in the Japan FGC.
@@kienalpkeen KLK is good if you are a KLK fan.
it's probably best to watch videos, instead of asking. characters actually play different, so you have to learn playstyles, and matchups, instead of just picking up a character and knowing what to do. theres actual combo routes. the games pretty balanced, from what i hear. Theres also bursts in it, that aren't always safe, dbfz like homing atacks that lose to anti airs, guard breaks that lose to dodging, etc.
Jojo's Bizarre adventure all Star Battle (PS3) needs more love.
MrJoestar83, Heritage for the future part 2
Heritage for the future is better
FACTS. Seeing Seven Deadly Sins turned into an arena fighter broke my heart man
Naruto Rise of a ninja is still the best I've ever played. And that's coming from someone who owns all the storm games.
I prefer the Clash of Ninja series, particularly Gekito Ninja Taisen Special.
@@Manganization I liked Clash of a Ninja, but I only played the second one on Gamecube when I was a really little kid. I don't have much experience with the overall series since the other games are hard to come by. Rise Of a Ninja and Broken Bond are something I know was good tho.
@@dixonb.tweenerlegs4225 Yeah, Broken Bond was fun. I just wished they got rid of the interactive sequences for special abilities. Clash of Ninja was like a Tekken-lite. The later series that wasn't released to the US had wall-staggering, a limited substitution bar and combo cancelling, including Ultimate moves with different utility and the option to play an arena modes up to 4 players or 2 on 2. There was also a tag-team tekken option.
The game had arguably the most content when it comes to multiplayer, I was devastated Tomy no longer had the license for those games.
I like Ninja Council from the Gameboy :)
bo bo I know. Shocking. Back when they weren’t all about scamming their costumers and C+Ping the same format to all their games.
Getting a sick one-piece island hopping adventure game with unique traversal options would be awesome, I'm thinking platinum games style action with black flag/windwaker ocean combat.
My dream
One piece has the most potential for an an actual unique and innovative AAA anime action adventure
Spooler from 2023: Fortunately, we have One Piece Odyssey, neither madiocre nor masterpiece, a way better AAA game than World Seeker.
Correction: Please, Stop Making Half-Assed or Bad Anime Games
Arena Fighters are fine. Some are actually good. The problem is, it's the ones that aren't are the ones that are usually the better games. Dragonball FighterZ, One Piece Pirate Warriors series and some Dragon Ball RPG's such as the Legacy of Goku games for example. Just a reminder, Naruto Shipudden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is a fantastic game regardless of what you say about it. You talk about DBZ Kakarot a lot. Fun Fact: It's NOT an Arena Fighter. It's an Action RPG hybrid that uses similar controls. If you want to say "that doesn't count" then that also applies to that Naruto RPG from Ubisoft you praised. You also mention what My Hero One's Justice lacks. Again, it could have all that if the publishers just poured more money and resources into it. My point is don't blame the genre. Blame the developers.
People are saying the upcoming Gundam Extreme Versus is good based on the closed beta
Pretty much nailed my thoughts in the matter.
@Rukodiora I already did and so did this video. Naruto Shipudden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 is actually a fan favourite of the Naruto games and probably the best in the genre.
@Rukodiora I said a good one and if you don't agree, that's on you pal.
@Rukodiora Tenakaichi Series,RB Series and XV Series I guess. Storm Series.
It probably won't stop unless ppl stop buying the games. Is that gonna happen though?
1. Licensed games are like narcotics.
2. There's this immortal line from RedLetterMedia's satirical piece "Don't ask questions. Just consume product and then get excited for the next products!"
sadly local Japanese fans are satisfy with this kinda crab, so its hard for company to step out of there comfort zone
I mean, if one were to take a broader view, there are more fans of certain big name anime outside of Japan than within (it's simply a matter of population).
But the IP of such anime tends to be controlled by one of a handful of Japanese media corporations who focus primarily on the Japanese market (which, in all fairness, is a good business strategy - it's the market they understand, and relying heavily on a market you don't understand is a good way to lose a ton of money).
(Technically, I would expect the IP itself to be held by the manga artists who create these stories, but I'd also expect most manga artists to leave the business decisions up to their publishers...that is, after all, part of what a publisher's job is)
You speak facts. I gave up on anime games cuz of the running and jumping around in circles type of fighting. You said everything I've been thinking
PS2 Berserk was a great game. Follow the storyline close to the manga, give it a graphics upgrade, follow the blood borne formula and you got yourself a GOTY caliber game.
FACTS...I've been saying this for years...bring the soul to anime games. We have to stop accepting the crap they give us.
M H At least the Fairy Tale at least get a turn based rpg. But it does look really bad...
@@Softlol because again it is rushed just like one piece world seeker, kakarot was kind of rushed too, bamco period just pumps out too many instead focusing on one at a time/letting one cook for a long time
Most Anime games in general just makes me want to learn how to 3d model and code just to make an actually good anime game instead of all of these goddamn arena fighters because there are way to fuckin many
Most Anime-based arena fighters have exactly the same gameplay
Because they're shovelware that can be produced cheaply.
Yessss. Dragon Ball fighterZ was such a great shake up to the anime fighting games we've been getting as of late. I could only imagine other games in that style!
Yes, in regular fighting game style, like other fighting games, imagine...
Justin Hearst please tell me about the naruto traditional fighting game out there. I would love know how they'll transition the series to a traditional fighting game with attention to detail like dbfz. If it's shity we don't need it or want it but the whole purpose of this video is saying there's more than the Arena games we've been getting. All I was saying is that the traditional fighting game in dbfz was nicely done and could be for other series.
@@EpicPalmTree i was agreeing with you though..
Justin Hearst lmao 😅😅😅 I thought you were at first but then I read into the "imagine.." Part too much and assumed you were bring sarcastic. My bad 😓
DBFZ needs to be the benchmark for all anime fighting games
Killa Kill IF was actually pretty good for an Arena Fighter
Not really. Most people don't know about the best arena fighters. Gundam Extreme Versus, Super DBZ, Pokken are all much better games.
MHOJ2 honestly is pretty good but it's better when in online
@@Naruxos07 You know that Kill la kill its everything the dude from the video complains right? let me explain, he said "character are copy paste from other games" bro KlK if recuaries you to know how to play with everyone, just like everybody wants right? btw sper dbz its not that good, the games from katekyo hitman reborn are way to better
I really agree with this. I got really frustrated when I saw that the upcoming Demon Slayer game is just another Arena Fighter. I would have loved for it to be an Action RPG similar to Nier Automata, the Tales of games, or the Ys games.
As someone who isn't a big natuto fan, Shinobi striker is really really fun and feels more like a team based game than an arena fighter
Coments: I Hate 3D Arena Games
Dissidia Fan: Really?
So, you basically want an action RPG. You didn't need 10 minutes to say that.
I understand your genre fatigue, but saying that all anime games are the same is a marginalization, though, especially in DBZ: Kakarot's case since that is *not* an arena fighter, no matter what your disappointment tells you. The same goes with One Piece: World Seeker; that's another action RPG you're clearly craving, but since it's not anime Arkham, you're betrayed. The only reason you seem to have enjoyed Dragon Ball FighterZ is because it's a 2D fighting game with an original story and nothing else.
If you don't want 3D fighters or beat 'em ups for anime games, then fine, but don't act like those are bastardizing their source material because they don't cater to your obviously sophisticated tastes. And especially refrain from acting like you speak for everyone.
''acting like you speak for everyone'' say the guy who came to complaining and dont want to understand the meaning of the video...ok
Even if the games were perfect, they still copy and paste the same features for completely different anime worlds.
these are all animes based on fighting, what do you expect? a car simulator?
🤪
Thank you, I mean I agree they could change it up every now and then but when you get down to it all these Anime’s are based on fighting.
I'd love to see goku try drive s car
For the love of god, thank you GameSpot. I got tired of arena fighters after a few Naruto ones. And I got fed up with them completely when I saw characters running on walls in My Hero One's Justice 1 for no reason. I was like "Yeah, it's just a Naruto reskin." That was the big thing that made it all seem like blatant recycling. They should not be able to run on walls like that.
It's not the only problem by far, but that was the moment. I haven't played anime arena fighters since Xenoverse. That one was alright as a 1-player game, but I got stuck ay a spot underlevelled, got bored, and then stopped.
what if they made a my hero academia game in the style of persona 5
Imagine JoJo with P5 style
My Hero has a lot characters with fun ways of moving around, I wouldn’t want them in Turn based strategy game.
@@Mellow_Yellow13 very true, imagine getting to leap across the map with full cowling or tumble through the sky with Bakugo's explosions. I'd love an action adventure game like that but I'd happily settle for an RPG if it gave the story some room to breath
@@Mellow_Yellow13 I was thinking mainly of the day to day school life part of persona with my hero
Hey, Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 just released an update and it was really good.
DBZ Kakarot is semi arena fighting tho
Got em!
i just want a 2d stage 1v1 fighting game. not with 1 fighting button like in ultimate storm or 2 button special moves and tagging another fighter in. something like mortal kombat or street fighter. id like to see another jojo game like heritage for the future with 3d models and a 2d playing field and actual combo potential instead of spamming circle like in storm
I would love if SJ make a platform fighter game with a lot of there mangas/animes. It would be so fun to play
Or if they'll stick to 3D and make it work like an arena fighter, at least make it still a platform fighter but in 3D and plays like BOTW with fighting.
Anime games do need better love, too many mediocre arena-fighters for great worlds, I hope these makers get the message
Imagine a my hero academia open world game where you go to one of the hero schools of japan and when you start out you can make or randomize your quirk
Yes that would be excellent.
I want a real action, adventure anime game
Thank you so much for this video! This definitely needed to be said!🙏🏾🙏🏾
An anime platform fighter is literally the move, so much more combat freedom that doesn’t get dull and one dimensional, yet they don’t have to put hella work into storyline objectives, I think if we just scrap the arena fighters and so a platform game Ittl be way more satisfying
Anime games could add other voice language options for Accessibility
Yes
yeah because every one is american right? You do know first its expensive second would be japanes/english you might say "and the other countries" there are animes thats were never dub
Saint Seiya: Soldiers' Soul added Spanish and Portuguese dubs for their biggest fanbase but no English dub. Meh, I just stick to sub anyway
"My Hero One's Justice is bad because it's not the same as the show"
"Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm is bad because it's the same as the show"
????
Its bad because its dog shit
This is pretty much the case most licensed games.
Only a few studios like platinum, wayforward, rocksteady and a few other, actually put in the time to make them good.
Everyone else goes for the 'minimum viable product' in order to maximize profits.
They realize it has the name recognition, so people will pay regardless of the quality.
And until people stop buying them, they keep making them.
And looking at the hundreds of dollars mobile games are making, there's no reason to try to improve, the brands sell, putting in extra effort would just seem like wasted money.
Still holding out hope on a Jump VS Capcom game coming soon. Also a Jojo fighter by Arc System Works.
same we need Jump vs Capcom and Tatsunoko vs Capcom 2.
Also, Capcom made a JoJo game way back when that you may want to check out
The only Anime Arena fighters I actually liked in recent history was the Gundam Versus franchise.
I *DESPISE* the arena fighters format
It's lazy and stupid
Tell that to budokai tenkaichi 3
@@Nero_Halcyon And naruto ultimate ninja storm but those games have actual effort. Most of these other arena fighter anime games are just lazy cash grabs

Are you sure about that?
I miss Tenkaichi 3 and the ultimate ninja series. I feel like they were the best anime fighters out there
I like my arena fighters and I look forward to the next one from CC2: Demon Slayer Hinokami Keppuutan.
I don’t adhere to this trend of shitting on anime arena fighters some of us actually love that those games are made the way they are.
It is a genre type of thing. I couldn’t care less for Batman Arkham Asylum type games for instance. I’m not overly thrilled by DBZ FighterZ either. Different strokes for different folks.
Exactly, what we dont like is bad arena games
So true. These compelling stories deserve more.
Make animes into 2D fighting games
What we need is a DBZ dating sim to really shake up the formula.
It's gonna go well for those meatheads in moidurr mode (Sarcasm mode).
or an unfinished arena fighter game that comes out everytime a new arc releases.
More moolah from those consoomers
"I'M GONNA CONSOOM! AAAAARRGH!!" (Bursts into Super Saiyan mode for no reason)
Someday i will see an excellent game about Full Metal Alchemist , it deserves more
Make cyber connect make it like dbz kakarot
Great video! I have felt like this for awhile and wondered if anybody else felt similar! Have always wanted a great anime game that felt engaging!
Dbfz using the Berserk universe! Imagine that!
Anime games are inherently a niche genre of licenced games, no one's gonna take a risk on notoriously low selling games
The thing is I absolutely love a lot of these games (DBZ Kakarot, One Piece World Seeker & JUMP Force) but I agree that they need to start putting much more work into them as they have so much untapped potential.
I'm worried the upcoming Hunter × Hunter game might be arena.
Jump Force hurt the most. It had too much potential, yet they didn' bother to try
I don't know if it would be a good game, but an MvC3-styled Shonen Jump fighting game by ArcSys would be a dream come true.
Wish our luck for us 😉
I’ve been saying this for years and even did a video (search Dark Age Of Anime Games if you want to check it out) a while back. I can’t thank you enough for making this. I know you’re gonna get hate.
Will check it out now
Probably the best anime game i've ever played and/or seen was unironically SAO Fatal Bullet because it expanded on the show/season and let you actually create a character for that world with your own cast, and the main cast should you want them in it too.I was blown away by it and wish more anime games took a page from it.
But money, they know we'll buy it
They should immitate sakura wars, the tales series and other who are rpgs.

Coming from watching jujutsu kaisen getting their first game and end up being another naruto ninja storm copypasta anime arena just make me sad.
Anime games should go the Persona 5 route.
Jacob Shabazz FACTS!!!!!!
Jacob Shabazz That would alienate ppl who don’t like turn-based RPGs. They aren’t as appealing or profitable, which is a shame. Would love to see Black Clover as an RPG.
wtf? you want a turn based game? you got crossing void and yeah one its fun but not all of them gess, look, arena isnt bad, there are just some arenas that arent finish or are so greedy
Thing is i like anime geting arena fighting games because they are fun
The Arena Fighter "template" in of itself is by no means poisonous. Gameplay-wise, it can be executed very well. Given my name this is an obvious pick, but Tenkaichi 2 is one of the best arena fighters I have played. Easy to play, insanely hard to Master, with a large amount of depth.
When I play a game adaptation of a show, I don't do it to rewatch the show, I do it to have an interactive experience of it. It's impossible to really recapture a heavily story-based show in a Fighting game, because it prioritizes gameplay over story, I don't blame them for not having emotional weight behind every punch.
It is true that the anime game scene has been highly oversaturated with fighting games, traditional or arena, and that RPGs with story as their main focus would be a breath of fresh air, but that doesn't mean that the arena fighter genre itself is bad, nor does it mean that anime arena fighters can't be good.
I do not understand why one of these big publishers/developers hasn't jumped all over breaking anime games in the West. One Piece, for example, is literally the PERFECT story to build an open world ARPG series about, if I was Ubisoft (or even Bioware dare I say) I'd be all over that shit. Not only could they fit their formula for games together with the narrative like puzzle pieces, but if they did well they'd instantly gain a million cool points and become the Adult Swim of the gaming industry over night.
Because big publishers are stupid and people need to stop wanting them to make anime games. AA publishers are the only acceptable choice. Also, open world is a lame gimmick fad that needs to die already.
JOJO'S BIZZARE ADVENTURE EYES OF HEAVEN WAS AMAZING
BUT OTHER THAN THAT....
I was just talking with a coworker about this
Anime and manga series deserve proper competitive fighting games. They should focus on individual series. Some examples:
- BLEACH
- NARUTO
- ONE PUNCH MAN
- ONE PIECE
- BAKI
- BERSERK
- BLADE OF THE IMMORTAL
I think alot of the reason why they continue to use the arena fighters is because they tend to do well in capturing both the scale and the key anime moments the original animes display. The visuals more often than not are not the problem, it's always the gameplay that you see they clearly don't work on. Jump force was all flash and no cash while my hero ones justice 2 and kill la kill imo give you both. They are deep enough to feel like there's at least a meta, making the chars feel varied. So it's not that the genre hasn't gotten better, it's just not evolving fast enough. Japan likes to do that alot.
u know dragon ball games are sorta alot better now. Cuz like at least u dont have to play like from saiyan arc to buu arc a billion times
Xenoverse 1/2 spices it up a bit by having other characters interviene or stuff like that
Hold up, this is GameSpot, I thought I'm watching another video of Gigguk.
How about they finally make a real fighting game not just a 2 button fighter they dont give you enough moves there all predetermined combos
Thank you for this! Hopefully Bandai changes there approach. I wouldn’t mind waiting some years for good quality games instead of rushed yearly ones
The problem with most arena fighters is that in comparison to the masterpiece that is *Shrek SuperSlam* they look terrible.
YES! Finally someone said it. Thank you.
But isn’t dragon ball about..... fighting so it makes sense for that to be a fighter
imagine having a last of us type game with anime lol
I like the arena fighters, it is nice to have other games but its nice to have the fighters
finally, someone says it
I wish that A Lot of anime games were made in Musou style instead with detail. There are some that need to be open world adventures and need to take notes from the witcher, okami, and zelda to make a great anime filled world to Explore!!!
Ew 🤮Musou’s are even worse. Open world would be great, but they to lazy and don’t want to spend money.
@@OtakuUnderground92 Open World is equally lazy.
I was hoping that Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise would do well enough that more companies with anime licenses would go that route and try different genres. I know it did very well in Japan but I have no idea how it did in the West.
It’s crazy how successful dragon ball fighterz is and yet we don’t have an arc system jump force or another shonen arc system game
EXACTLY we need real 2D fighting games like FighterZ!
It’s a better game, but does have too simple concepts. I button mash to win online easily
Heh from your talk I bet you are low ranks who played with scrub people, or never tried the game yet, just advance and play with higher ranks mashing will get u no where and u will get smocked, true fz is easy compared to other 2D fighting games but it's super hard to master and keep up with pro or experienced players
And that what make it fun, it's challenging your self to the limits and learn from your mistakes to become good over the days and see your self getting experience every time you play
@@syco554 not everyone has time to learn a fighting game like fighterz everyday of their life. I tried doing that and got sick of it. Kudos to those who have mastered it but some of us just don't have the interest in putting mental energy and time into a game like that.
Trust me if you do and at least learn the game well it will be super fun to play, you will be the one who want to get free time to play it, I agree at first it's take some time and energy to learn but at the end your efforts will pay don't give up early
I am playing this game for a year and a half and still I can't call my self a pro but still I enjoy playing it and exploring my self and what things I can do or archeive by playing it competitively
At first I thought here we go again but man give this man a round of a applause 👏 holy crap!! I think he hit everything on the point man I noticed it right after jump force! Yeah I like Kakarot but definitely understand every point and criticism everyone haves for it!! But wow MHA made by in Insomniac holy crap that would be amazing lol
There's not even much I can say. He pretty much nailed it
Then Black Clover Quartet Knights came with an Overwatch type feel and everyone let it flop. 😔
I just feel like there are several of the anime games released recently could've been made into regular fighting game format, therefore making the experience better and more enjoyable and increasing the replayability.
regular fighting games are hostile for new players, so no, just no!
Until people stop buying them, they will keep producing them. They could make amazing RPG with these anime shows dragon ball has huge potential as rpg same for one punch man and so many other would love to see a proper RPG of my hero academia so much potential with anime.
Insomniac doing MHA would be Fucking Extraordinary
Let’s just hope the developers see this!! Cause it should be a crime putting half azz games on the shelf n still making us buy them! But Sony should really get there hands on “My Hero, or One Piece” to much context to go wrong with making them
