Great video. I learned a lot. Actually I care world building more than just the characters. Right now Elbaf arc just started in One Piece for 2 weeks. Oda has been showing a little bit of the giant tree from Elbaf and hinting about the existence of giants during Little Garden arc which was around 2000 (over 24 years now). Finally we are in Elbaf and it feels so good to see Elbaf (I hope it is the actual Elbaf. Oda didn't show the arc straight and he is trying to trick the readers right now with some teasers 😭 ). I can't even express how excited I am to see Elbaf. Even reading the new chapter every weeks isn't enough. I'm so HYPE and Super Happy right now because of new Elbaf chapter release. Feels so GOOD 🥰🥰🥰
i'm that one guy who cares more for the worldbuilding (and how it relates to plot) than characters, like sure great characters are nice but would i want bland worldbuilding and good characters or great worldbuilding and meh characters ? i personally go with second option.
