Great video again Andy. When thinking about best practice, would SharePoint be an appropriate content repository for all business data?

With the built in security that 365 can bring. I think, yes it’s a good solution👍😊

    Great video thanks
Is it possible on a Sharepoint page to export all the users and what folder/files they have access to?

Not using the UI. You can in PowerShell. I also work with a product called Syskit. It can do it but you would need to a subscription.

Hi Andy, great session as always, we are thinking in migrate our filler to SharePoint, what's you advice, One site and create folders in documents for each department or create a site for each department (I'm leaning more on this design, but my bosses prefer the other one). I think that is more easy to manage permissions giving each department their site. Thanks again ;) and excuse my English. Is nice to see you fully recovered from covid

Design is always a tricky subject. I’m not sure of your infrastructure set up so this is just a general answer. You can use the move folders feature in the migration settings in the SharePoint online admin centre to move content across. I would probably go with a different SharePoint document library for your different teams. One other thought, have you thought about Microsoft teams? With Microsoft teams a team create a master website, and channels create subsites. Just a thought. All the best, Andy

@@AndyMaloneMVP thanks for your reply, yeap I'm also thinking on teams and planner. My idea is one site/teams for rrhh, another for operations, an then create subchannels (level0, level 1) etc but each contained on his department (similarly to what we have as roots on the file server) thanks again for your answer :) and go be so helpful
