Road to Alamo Lake State Park - The most remote State Park in Arizona | RV Lifestyle

This week the road takes us to Alamo Lake State Park in Arizona. Actually the road to Alamo lake is as much of the story as the park. To get to the park, you must first drive out to the middle of nowhere then turn left and follow the road in to the desert for the next 38 miles to get to the park. It is the most remote park in the state.
Once you get there you are in for a pleasant surprise, the park is a gem in the desert. On the reservoir created by damaging the Bill Williams river, Alamo Lake is an outdoor adventure land. Boating, fishing, and at hiking are just a few of the activities that await you there. If you are in to off roading, some of the best trails are near by.
We enjoyed our stay at Alamo Lake, we were there mid February and the weather was mild with temps in the low 70s.

Hi, loved the video and thanks for sharing. I am currently in Alamo Lake State Park, cold and cloudy out today so moved indoors and watching some videos. My husband and I just started RV living fulltime with our 2 chow chows, Mongo & Odin (goes by Odie). So, imagine my surprise when I started the video to see two gorgeous chows
