This is giving me nightmare flashbacks. I went on a date with a guy who spent all evening talking about how much money he made and how he bought a sea facing home etc etc. Then came time to pay. I politely offered to split. He didn’t hesitate. Made me split the bill equally when he had 3 more drinks than I did and ate 2 dishes exclusively (because he chose to order a meat I don’t eat!).
