    Blender hired Jacques Luke, the
    Développer of animation nodes to work on the "everything node project" for blender
    He is working on the particle node features of 2.9x
    Learning animation nodes is a good way of getting used to what is to come next to blender :)

      Add ons are good as they give you features that help you cut a few corners, or give some stuff you didn't even knew you wanted. I think it depends on you view on how much you like new features. I think add-ons are good. I think you should try them once

    Hi
    How I can use blender to capture hand , fingers and face live motion for sign language animation purposes

  • @ahmedfadhel712
    @ahmedfadhel712 4 роки тому

    Good video, I have a question if any expert could answer me, how much huge the difference is between making a movie similar to reality with motion capture suit or using only a software without mentioning time of the process, how similar to reality It's gonna be if I use only the software to animate the character?

    • @danttwaterfall
      @danttwaterfall 3 роки тому +2

      , The goals of animating by hand and animating using mocap are very different.
      The main point of animating by hand is to give your characters an specific aesthetic and movement that can't be achieved with motion capture, like cartoon characters for example.
      Motion capture is focused more on recreating real life, it can be used in animation, however you'll see that those strive for a realistic look, like the series 'love death robots' or modern video-games for example. You'll see mocap used the most on movie's special effects for that reason.
      So you ask how similar to reality could a hand made animation be, compared to a mocap, they could be basically indistinguishable if the animator is skilled enough, but that's not the point of hand-made animation.
      That's the same for 3d sculpting. You could be comparing a hand made sculpture with a 3d scan of someone's face. They could be nearly identical, for sure, but the sculptor's talents would be much more well used if they were to sculpt a monster or an alien as you can't 3d scan those. Furthermore, character sculptor's job usually consists of turning concept art into a 3d model, basically a 2d illustration.
      Now, it's worth noting that both mocap and 3d scanning are rough by nature and specialized animators or sculptors are going to have to work on them to refine and fix the issues before they are in a presentable state for the rest of the production pipeline.

      yes its the advantage of open source, anyone can implement new stuff in it using python language ... btw if you want to really learn Animation Nodes and understand it well then check Chris Prenninger's channel. which is better for you so u can be prepared for the "Everything Nodes" system
