What’s that peeler knife called ?

The knife that does the lines on the melon is called a channel knife.
I personally recommend Victorinox channel knifes which you can get on Amazon for $23.00.
There are other brands out.there which are less expensive. However, sometimes they do not work as well.
Victorinox is the parent company of Swiss Army .
