The way you went about teaching here is perfect. When I tattoo I do most of these techniques and even learned a couple new ones. The thing you did so well was speaking and teaching all the techniques and why you do them. I feel as if I wouldn’t be able to articulate all of this as well as you just did. Awesome job, and great teaching skills!! Amazing you’re doing this out of the time of your day for the benefit of others, people will learn a lot from this! Keep it up!
I’m not a tattoo artist, but I enjoy watching your videos and the process. Good stuff, Pony!
Welcome to good home of the good burger can I take your order
we need more videos like this pony. I've done some really good roses but some were a little rough. you feel terrible and try harder next time. I've done hyper realism in pencil and biro but ink is completely different I've found, like leaning to walk again. I'm going to take your advise tomorrow and see where I can elevate my roses
This is a good reason i have enjoyed it alot.....but then my question is everytime i make a tattoo it doesn't come out as expected. .....the ink doesn't stay well what could be problem.....
Usually some dabs of kitchen oil have worked for me as far as removing the stencil, I’ve learned from another video. Thank you btw! Probably one of the best instructional videos ive seen, I appreciate you sharing!
Big question comes to mind:
I'm just a fan and collector--not a tattoo artist myself--but I wonder if you tattoo artists use fake skin in darker tones? I would be suuuuuuuuuuuper interested in seeing videos like this one that feature examples of different techniques used on dark skin / dark fake-skin.
I’m a tattoo artist and I always work with dark skin. It’s really helpful if we can get learn some technic. Also coverup on dark skins. 🙏🏽💜🇱🇰
Oh I love this video! Such a relaxing video of watching you tattooing. I’d love to see more video’s like this. They are very calming.

Yes! I've been looking forward to this ever since you posted a sneak peak on your IG story! 🙌❤
Best instructional video out there!! Good idea would be to post the the same stencil you used so we can screen shot and practice along with you on the same image and interact with the vid.
You are a blast man, for removing the stencil...bleach water at 100% all night was my solution, Done!
Please Pony, we need more tutorials from U
Normally, I soak my fake skin in bleach water over night. Or for a few hours. Should come right off. Cold water.
Also, before applying my stencil I clean it with Dawn soap. Dry it then apply small amount of stencils stuff.
This video was great. Liked to see your approach with roses. Would love to see another 💛💫
Will the inked outline fade aswell
@@wendellmaharaj5311 no, it shouldn’t.
I had this same stencil problem, made a stencil & left it overnight.
The thing that worked for me 100% is straight bleach & waiting an hr for the stencil to fade :)
Will the inked outline fade aswell by chance?
@@wendellmaharaj5311 nah
Great freaking video. Super comforting to listen to you teach and narrate.
🙌🙌🙌 respect for your time to educate and show your techniques!
Thank you so much for making this video! I’ve been wanting to get into realism more, and now I’m excited to get to practicing!
You’re an awesome teacher, brother! I got so much out of this and seriously appreciate you making this for us. I’d love to see a video of a thorough discussion of bright color inks, your favorites to work with, how well they hold up, etc. I have a serious love of playing with color, stippling, and gradients. ☺️ Thank you again!! 🤜🤛
Just joined monthly, like the way you present, and critiquing is great and helpful.

Absolutely fascinating 🤩 Definitely would love to see more of these !
Thank you for taking the time to make this video... Definitely added few more things I didn't do before.
This was the first Rose tuition tattoo I’ve watched. And have to say, the tips explained throughout were easy to understand and very valuable in helping to become a master at such a tricky tattoo. With the points to remember at the end too, being so important not to over do it. Thank you for such a great tuition 👌
I loved this video! It's nice to see you show us you can practice what you preach, and as someone who is hoping to get their first tattoo within the next year it's nice to see an artist's perspective on the process.

Hey Pony, Thank you for breaking down how to tattoo a realism black and gray rose. It really helped me understand what I need to do to improve my realism tattooing. Now for removing the purple stencil from the fake skin, I have had great success in soaking the fake skin sit in straight bleach for a few hours and it erases all of the purple. I hope this helps you! 🙏 Poppy
loved it! I found it very useful and easy to understand!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge pony! 🤙🏼

The Bob Ross of Tattoo'in
This a GREAT video! Been tattooing 10 years and am just now realizing how much there is to learn from tutorials… most are just beginner tutorials which I don’t take anything from or just high speed videos w out any explanation but YOU do so great with explanations and demonstrations! Thank you! BTW I always apply stencil stuff to a stencil and buff it in until it’s all purple and then wipe it away w alcohol to take it off if I need to reapply before starting. Not sure once the skin is open. But this works like magic every time I need to remove and replace one. Thanks for everything you do!
Thank you for all your help. I enjoyed your video very much and learned a lot as well. Please keep up the good work.
Big hung and respect mrs pony 🙏🫡🫡thanks for a tips❤️❤️
