@@nateschoals8546yea he’s totally at fault for her BACKING IT UP in the middle of an intersection with possible oncoming traffic then decides she needs to be in the other lane as soon as humanly possible while this other guy is actually being a normal human being and continuing to drive while this lady strives to get the dumbass of the year award
@@midnight_x_edits He would have seen her if he wasn't busy on his phone.
both at fault. you don't just barrel through traffic when someone is doing something dumb like that in front of you. he had AMPLE time to slow down and avoid
3:51 Cammer's fault, Mercedes is entirely in their lane traveling while the Lexus has barely started to merge, did not clear the path before moving.
%100! She crashed into him; Changing lanes unlawfully. %100 Her fault, as her insurance has said...
I love it when people are in such a hurry to get going so they pull out in front if you but when they realize they're stupid, suddenly they're no longer in a hurry.
1:35 - "You have to assume everyone on the road is an idiot"
Yes, including you submitter lol
in his defense she ran a double yellow
Lady clearly lost her bearing and stopped on the road to make her lane change, but cammer car had *days* to slow down and/or swerve to avoid. What was so engrossing about Armando's conversation anyway?
Why? Don't see anything wrong. He was going his way, she should've waited?
@@isthisgoodquestionmark He could see she was in the way, and what she was doing, but never bothered to slow down at all.
@@thetaekwondoe3887 from my perspective she was not in his way. So why should he slow down? Yeah, he assumed she would wait. But that's just 100% her fault. Defensive driving on his side could have prevented the accident
1:18 If the cammer was a better defensive driver, this accident would not have happened.
Yea, its not like he couldnt figure out what the guy was doing. instead he expected the world to revolve around him
some people i tell you whut
He could only get better at defensive driving since he is starting at zero. He needs to wake up first then he can be defensive! Geez.
Exactly. When you see someone on the road doing something stupid, stay away from them!
While I completely agree, the woman should have been more defensive, too, and I mean both in her driving and in her behavior after the accident had happened. Turning in the middle of the road doesn't give you the right of way. She was acting like it did, though.
@@surfguard I agree, she was just wacky and a very poor driver as well.
03:28 just stay in your lane. I swear people are just too damn impatient. and don't check when they slowly scoot into a different lane. 100% the cam car's fault.
Yep, cameras the idjet.

7:30 - That dump truck is 1,000% in the wrong, and we'd all be better off if they lost their CDL. That was a shared left turn lane and there was nothing the dump truck could have possibly been turning into unless it was before the start of the video, and that would be in the lane for too long. (Should have turned at the intersection it just passed if it was in the lane that early.)
0:40 great job by the cammer for avoiding that. Really nice reaction time.
7:50 that truck is wrong as you cant be in the turn lane for more than 200m last time i looked at US laws
1:30 Lady makes an illegal u-turn and then gets angry at cammer for driving normally? Lmao
Lady makes an illegal u-turn and cammer drives right into the situation.
She says "I saw you going around me" like that makes her turning into him any better
What gets me is the cammer should have expected something, seeing this well ahead.
he saw her doing it from a mile away lol. doesnt justify what she did but cammer is either blind or clueless to not see that coming.
Normally? Get off the phone and pay attention to driving. He didn't try to avoid the lady.
2:56 even without the sign, you are not REQUIRED to turn right on red. Sometimes I don’t just cause the road may be so risky, I’d rather not risk it! PATIENCE, friends!!
it was IMMEDIATE too, while opposite side had people turning left still. I never take a red right turn when oncoming side is turning left because people change lanes mid intersection all the time and I'd rather wait 5 seconds than risk an insurance headache
@@perkypears I recently found out changing lanes in an intersection isn’t illegal in my area which actually makes me EXTRA cautious cause people in my state are dumb
1:43 i translated for everyone
"did you not see me being an idiot?"

"you saw me being an idiot in the middle road, how did you miss me?"
"how could you have not seen be being an idiot"
"i was over here being an idiot, so you should have stayed clear"
"why did you go around me like any sane person would have done? you should have known i was over here being an idiot"
This version is not wrong. Cammer should indeed have seen her being an idiot and gotten out of her way, but he was too busy talking on the phone. It might not rise to legal fault on his part, but it was pretty frigging dumb.
@@jonesnori He could have slowed down more.. but he was in a different lane and she clearly doesn't care about road rules or etiquette.
"Some people shouldn't be driving" is another potential name for this video series.
It's a privilege, not a right.
"You have to assume that everyone on the road is an idiot" includes you, if you don't hit your brake when you see them approaching you.
3:45 Why do people ask "who's at fault" when the answer is almost always obvious? Seriously, do they think that since they've already been found at fault by their insurance company that if they get enough "upvotes" then the insurance company is going to change their mind?
2:34 This is why you get a back horn installed.
6:52 The utter stupidity of the dash cam submitter is beyond belief. “Peruvian ID. No US drivers licence. But somehow had insurance”. If you went on vacation to Peru, or Canada, or France, or Italy, or literally anywhere in the world, and rented a car, would you get a drivers licence in each country you visited, or just drive on your (perfectly legal) US licence?
Based on how it's worded, I'd say the IDs those two people had were NOT actual drivers' licenses, just ID cards. As for the one who had insurance, it may have been on someone else's name (stupid thing to do, but that's a theme here...).
But, I admit this is an assumption.
Bruh, it's Texas, AKA Florida and Kentucky's lovechild. Lots of unusual stuff happens there.
Go read the text again genius. National ID meaning not DL. I wouldn't get a DL for every country I visit but I would at least have my home country DL and maybe even get an international DL if I knew I was going to be driving in another county.
@@parkbrian1 Try again it didn’t say “No drivers licence”. It specifically and deliberately specified “No US drivers licence”.
@just_passing_through hmm maybe but if they had a Peruvian DL they would have said Peruvian DL not ID. But what about any of that warrants the description of utter stupidity of the cammer? BC they didn't differentiate between DL and ID? Lol
Damn. So many people snitching on themselves in this one.
0:14 - That's a brand new Hyundai Kona, not a Honda.
Lady at 1:20 was stupid, but it's also stupid not to slow down when you see someone else being stupid and then wait for them to get back to driving normally
The cammer at 5:50, even before realizing the situation. I was thinking slow down. When facing road rage, keep your cool and don't engage with the other driver(s). Also find another exit or something, to get away from the situation. I was panicking on how close he got to that truck and other random car.
2:00 she shouldn't have been trying to turn like that. He had ample time to stop and avoid hitting.
3:40 the woman didn't even have a blinker you can hear no clicking.......
1:41 "Did you see me turnin'? I had my blinker on."
No, but I saw you make a three point turn into the left lane, then drive into the right lane without checking your mirror.
3:46 That would be the cammer
7:00 pro tip, you don’t need a us license to drive in the us if you have one from a country there’s a bilateral agreement with
Yes, and no. Texas requires an IDP after a year.
3:34 Don't change lanes with vehicles present? Not rocket science.
2:14 "you were trying to pass me and i was trying to turn arouuuund!?" *very illegally*
2:03, Lady completely at fault! Just because you have your "blinker" on, doesn't mean you have right of way to merge over. She was still required to make certain it was safe to begin the maneuver.
2:55 never makes sense. In such a hurry, but will take the extra time once around the person slowing them down to cut them off and break check them and slowdown and all that.
When I get around someone I feel is slowing me, I get on down the road.
2:06 Her: "What do you want to do!" Personally I would have replied "Call the cops and show them my dash cam footage that shows you not checking your mirrors or blind spots, crossing a solid line and slamming into me while I was going straight in a lane you weren't in!"
0:24 You got that wrong it's a Hyundai not a Honda
Also, while the Hyundai person definitely was at fault and almost caused an accident and was wrong and all that... Securing your cargo is your job, sometimes you just have to brake hard. When all your shit starts flying and gets destroyed because you had to brake hard, that's on you.

1:35 Cammer is also an idiot. It was easy to assume that after turning, the other driver might go into any of the lanes. I'd say fault to 60% for the turning around and 40% for the cammer.
1:27 Well at least Stitch was OK....
That last 1......"Almost" hit me baby 1 more time!
1:25 - amazing how an idiot calls "everyone on the road" an idiot.....the moment the U-turn happened you're the car behind the other car, so in fact you'd be at fault here.
Not to mention could've just avoided the situation by letting them go....
Nah you are required to complete a u turn into the nearest lane. Because she reversed so far and straightened out into the centre lane, that became her lane. Moving from there into the right lane becomes a lane change at that point and she was required to give way to the cammer car. He is still dumb as rocks for not slowing down to guage her intentions, but insurance will find her 100% liable. If she wanted to be in the right lane she should have completed the U turn without leaving the right lane once she entered it, which would have been incredibly easy to do.
In a lot of these clips both drivers mess up. It's interesting to see how everyone paints themselves as the hero no matter how stupid they look in their own clip though.
