I don't like when people talk about mixing and only talk about autotune and melodyne. That's such a small part of the mixing process! Where's the EQ? The compression? The reverb and delay?
If you were interested, there’s an interview with Layne(the guy in the video) on the channel “The Charismatic Voice” where they talk about mixing their Moana medley, they get more into voiceplay’s arranging process, into specific things related to mixing as well.
@@macm.3889 Also, Geoff Castellucci (The Bass in Voiceplay) has a few Q&As on his channel where he goes into some details about the audio mixing strategies he uses on his bass notes and subharmonics. Very interesting stuff from both of them.
