Another classic segment. Thank you so much for posting this!! Watching it twice. And music to my ears that someone besides me can't stand The Sound of Music. 😄
Great feature about a great and very influential film. Ryan, if you haven't read it, search out Tony Earnshaw's 2005 book, 'Beating the Devil,' which is the definitive book about the making of 'Night of the Demon'.
The last time that I looked for good reviews of NIGHT OF THE DEMON there were very few (although the one's that were here all praised the film). It's good that there are finally more available here now, this is an especially good review of the film, very informative for keen fans like myself, it's such a shame that so many less commercially sucessful films get buried by the passage of time, - 7 FACES OF DR. LOU, JACK GIANT KILLER, SHE (URSULA ANDRESS VERSION) BROS GRIMM, SOMETHING WICKED THIS WAY COMES,INCREDIBLE MELTING MAN & many others
Jacques directed only 1 episode if "The Twilight Zone" and it was the sassiest one. It was far scarier than his films. It is called, "Night Call". A telephone can be a very scary thing.

I’ll have to check it out! Thank you.

Lots of underrated genre films from that era.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for your kind words.

Best British Horror film, next to THE WICKER MAN.
You should look at VILLAGE OF THE DAMNED (1960) as you are keen fans of Night/curse of Demon. if you havent seen it.
Absolutely! That’s one we’ll definitely have to cover.
