The song is Bo (come/let's) by Ivri Lider (it was in the movie soundtrack "yossi & jagger" which is a 20 year old Israeli military/romance movie about Israel soldiers near the Lebanon border & one of them loves the Rita version of the song.... kind of like Israel's Brokeback Mountain, you can see it with English subtitles if you are interested).
The singer here is Rita. (she is like Madonna, no last name, her ex husband is also a famous singer too = Rami Kleinstein, as is her daughter Meshi Kleinstein).
I personally like the Ivri lider /Hebrew version of the song better, but you can listen to the song WITH English lyrics if you search: "your soul" bo ivri lider that has clips of the movie in it.
