    Today, all you need is a hula hoop. It's a full body hula hoop workout, so we have a lot of different hula exercises you might didn't knew yet. It's going to be intense and a bit sweaty, but don't worry you got this💪🏽.

    alternating direction every few minutes would be recommended? Or it doesn't matter really? It took me several tried to rotate the other way but kept going. But how do you keep that same momentum in either direction? Guess it's just keep going and keep practicing.

      I love it! It's the best cardio without having to jump all over the place! Some of us aren't laizy, just fisicly limited in certain movements.
