Easy instant Potatoes Soup. Also makes great cold Vichyssoise soup!!!

1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1 medium section of onion chopped
1 sprig chopped rosemary
1/2 tsp dill weed ( if you have it)
2 1/2 cups prepared leftover instant potatoes
1 CUP hot water
salt and pepper
For those who don't have leftover instant potatoes, measure them as box suggest for 3 cup serving medium pan and 6 cup serving for large pot soup, with 1/2 cup of extra water per measured serving.
Combine in pan you have sauteed the bacon precooked pieces, raw onion, rosemary, dill weed, after mixing well and not to thin or thick (adjust with potatoes flakes or water.
add 1/2 cup of soured creme...
Garnish with chopped bacon.
