Cards are great. I have Perfect Pearls and have hardly used them. Thank you for inspiring me to get them out. I definitely will. You mentioned on the one sentiment that you rubbed the Lumar Paste all over and it was a mistake. I think it looked great and would have never thought it was a mistake until you said it. Love your technique using versa mark!. My favorite use of perfect pearls is to mix with water and splatter the background .

Still new to card making and your video is a great introduction to perfect pearls. I will definitely try this technique with black paper. Your cards are beautiful but my favorite is the one on black paper.

Thank you for this technique demonstration. I never thought to do that with that sticky ink. I always thought the ink would move and smudge even though it is sticky. I love how it looks!! That first card is my fav, although they all look great!

Love this great tutorial, Simon! I have had my Perfect Pearls for many years, but was going to school, moved, I had some health issues, etc. so didn’t use them until just recently. I love the poinsettia background card. Thank you for coming up with the peel-apart background stamps; I had that same idea back in the early 2000s when I was working for a stamp store. I think it makes them so much more versatile! Looking forward to your next demo!
Another great group of cards but the one with the multiple colors of Perfect Pearls was my favorite. I may try a variation of the musical notes one but with your carolers.

Simon, these cards are all gorgeous. They are like magic. Thanks for a kinda refresher. I have some perfect pearls and a box of Arteza mica powders. I hope to use very soon; I just recently finished organizing my craft room.

I have Pearl Ex and believe it is the same product, works just like this. I also need to set it with water or hair spray. I loved the first card.

I like both cards - the perfect pearls & versamark technique is great! I need to give it a try but I only have white perfect pearls. But on a dark background it should still be nice.

Beautiful cards! You forgot your own tip though! Take the powder from the lid side! Flipping the lid over as you did can cause a mess too! Don’t forget this was a hint you shared maybe a year ago! 🙂
