Health Update With My Wrist July 2024

Just saw the Orthopedic Doctor for the last time concerning my wrist. I gave him my concerns with continued use of my left wrist. I fear it could lead up to total failure unless I shift with how I do things with it and how much use I get out of it. Hopefully I get lucky and nothing happens. Anyways guys, I just wanted to keep you updated as I close another chapter in my life. Keep grinding and always believe in yourself!
