What kinda router are you using? My router was only 6ft from the door. My other smart device stayed connected and router didn’t appear to have issues just ring kept going offline and coming back on. Bought a better router and it stays online the last few days.
B.S. Ring products are the problem. I constantly have to reconnect. Fiberspeeds wifi, solar power cams, hardwired 12v doorbell, all power 98% or higher, 2 devices on a wifi extender, 2 less than 50 ft from router, and STILL constantly they all lose connection. But thermostat, and all pther wifi enabled devices in my home work flawless. Once mine quit I will never buy another Ring product.
Have had my ring doorbell for 6 years no issues and now won’t stay connected to wifi
Bro I tried all this and still keep having issues I believe it’s an issue with the doorbell hardware
