Hi, just want to know 2 or 3 things about Chico.. is there any downtown like neighbourhood available here?? Like high rise apaprtment???
And is there any world class gym available??
So there’s not really high rise apartments in Chico but Chico’s downtown is pretty great. With the farmers markets and Chico state being right in downtown, it keeps the downtown area really vibrant and exciting!
Not sure what you mean by world class? But In-Motion Fitness in Chico is probably our most popular gym and it basically has everything! Any other questions let us know.
What are your thoughts about Northwood Commons?
The Northwood Commons are really nice, great location and the community there offers a lot of great amenities. We've talked with some homeowners there and they had nothing but positive things to say. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any help!

I live in chico and my mom is always talking to me about how annoying the homeless are but I don’t really care as long as they don’t bother us
@@kaiu3714 they burned down Comanche creek 5-6 times now. Place is ruined. Tried being part of the effort to keep in clean for several years, ended up being a wasted effort because every week we went back it was twice as nasty as before.

It’s funny to see people just gush over Chico. The place is a sh*thole. EVERY, and I mean EVERY road is filled with potholes, the crime has skyrocketed, and the homeless and drug abusers are everywhere. When we started seeing them in the north end I knew it was time to move out. So glad we did. This is not a place to raise a family.
Where is in California because so far I've seen nothing at all.

We moved to Chico in '88, then it was still a great place to live. We moved from Chico in 2015. We saw a complete reversal of Chico. It's a true shithole.
Make pg&e pick up the slack. They put Northern CA into this situation, especially Chico. Pg&e shareholders bear responsibility for this bs.
