    I think almost every sketch on this would be considered too risky by the BBC in 2021. Amazing how things have changed so quickly. Slightly depressing.

    when i first watched harry and paul, didnt really like it, thought it wasnt that funny and lacking punchlines
    but for some reason i stuck with it, started to get it and now i cant stop watching it. pure class

      He's definitely sending it up. Paul can do any accent he wants to; he's just playing around with the upper class accent. See The Fast Show and the driver looking for the garden party for further evidence of his variety of 1930s toff voices. He's an absolute master of his craft!
