Referee’s have never been consistent between each other. The important thing is they are consistent on the day over the 80mins. The interpretation of the rules should and has always been with the ref on the day. Consistency between different refs has never existed (why else would the term “adapt to the ref” exist? I think all refs were fair this weekend.
