Already, according to WHO, Indian air polluted and difficult to live. Also, we have been using lot of pesticides and spoiled the entire ground water. Yes . This area is now raising since 6 months.Rates also increasing. Now rates are from 5000 to 9000 near kadthal. . some ventures it is more than 12000 per sq.yard. But it is 30 kms from ORR. Is this worth for investment.p pls make a video on on how much can we invest in area wise.
