Kondakal lo subhagruha venture lo square yard cost around 23000 cheputhunaru and developments around the venture is hiranandani venture, peram group, Aparna, etc..and edula nagulapalli railway station is going to be Terminal which replicates secunderabad wiith 20 platforms. Seems the prices are too high. Please advise

Good Analysis, Patacheru to sankarpally there are so many ventures which are already sold out and on Vishaka road already government double bedroom project is in progress (Near Saibaba temple), I hope once kollur and mokila ventures are full then the next option is Patancheru to Lahari resort and edula nagulapally station to this road(Vishaka road) will be the best options.

You are absolutely right that which kind of industries will come next to the nagulapalli railway staiton. If pollution from industries is concern. It will affect some part of mokilla as well. Aparna western meadow is also close this zone.

I have worked in isnapur for 7 years and lived 15 kms away from it for 25 years. I would never buy nor live again there.period.
